Today's sermon with Pastor Trent

23/10/2026

Hey Mernda Church 👋🏼

This Sabbath is a little different, with our regular church service and the Adventurers Rally happening on the same morning! 🎉

Our usual Sabbath School and worship service will run as normal, and anyone attending the Adventurers Rally is also welcome to join us for Sabbath School.

This week, Pastor Trent will be preaching a message titled “I Now Consider Them Worthless.” ✨

What happens when we experience the fullness of Jesus? Even the things we once considered valuable can begin to pale in comparison to knowing Him. This message will explore what it means to discover that nothing compares to the richness of life found in Christ. ❤️

Hey Church Family 👋🏼

We’re looking forward to gathering together again this Sabbath! 🙌🏼

This week, *Pastor Trent* will be preaching a message titled *“Imposter Syndrome.”*

Have you ever felt like you’re not quite a “real Christian” yet? Like you’re inadequate, not measuring up to God’s standards, or falling short of the expectations of other Christians?

Pastor Trent will explore where these thoughts actually come from and what happens when we begin to recognise them for what they are. As we walk more closely with Jesus, there is freedom in letting go of the pressure to prove ourselves and discovering the liberating truth of who we are in Him. ❤️

Come along for an honest and encouraging message about faith, identity, grace, and the freedom we can find in Jesus.

Program as usual:
☕ *10:00am* — Sabbath School & hot drinks
🙏 *11:00am* — Worship Service & Message
🏁 *12:15pm* — Church concludes

Bring your family, invite a friend, and come ready to worship and be encouraged together.

See you at 10:00am ✌🏾🙌🏼

Hey Church Family 👋🏼

We’re looking forward to gathering together again this Sabbath! 🙌🏼

This week, *Pastor Trent* will be sharing a message titled *“The Health Message.”* 🌿

Jesus said that He came to give us life to the full, and a big part of this abundance comes from living in optimal health.

Together, we’ll explore principles of health found in the Bible, the _writings of Ellen White_, and modern science, helping us make more informed decisions about our own health and the way we live.

Come along for a practical and thought-provoking Sabbath as we consider what it means to live the abundant life Jesus offers us. ❤️

Program as usual:
☕ *10:00am* — Sabbath School & hot drinks
🙏 *11:00am* — Worship Service & Message
🏁 *12:00pm* — Church concludes

Bring your family, invite a friend, and come ready to worship and learn together!

See you at *10:00am* ✌🏾🙌🏼🤍
