IMPORTANT NEWS ABOUT THIS SUNDAY (13 July)

Mernda Central College has been experiencing some difficulties with their plumbing and sewage over the last few weeks (rocks and cracks in the underground pipes). This means that on Sunday, there will be no water and drainage at the school and our building will be unavailable for use.

Obviously we understand these are repairs that need urgent attention before school starts up again in less than two weeks so we need to find alternative places to meet this Sunday, July 13th.

Thankfully, it is a Gospel Communities Sunday, and we think GCs, out of our three gathering types, translate easiest to an off-site meeting. If you are already in a Gospel Community, instructions are relatively simple: please be in touch with your GC leaders to find out where you will be meeting.

If you are not in a GC yet, here’s what we recommend:
1. Ask a friend at Plentylife if you can join their GC for this Sunday.
2. Fill in the form here:

Please fill out a form for each person that will attend a Gospel Community with you. You will only need to complete the Availability section once, as this information is copied across to each additional person.

This Sunday, 9 June

There will be no meeting at Mernda Central College this weekend as we'll be visiting other Churches!

💒 We invite all Plentylife members to visit other churches around Melbourne (or beyond, if you’re away for the long weekend).

✝️ We hope by doing this we will experience two things:
The benefits of worshipping with the wider church (the Body of Christ).
Learn from how other churches use their buildings and pursue their mission.

This is a whole community activity - something everyone can join in.

Hi Everyone!
Misional Community groups are on the go this weekend!

Zest are hosting an afternoon of extended worship on Sunday afternoon from 2.30pm at Open Spaces, 146 Yea Road Whittlesea.
All are welcome!

Balance are inviting you to join in any or all possible activities over the course of the weekend.

1. The Garth's are moving house If you can help on Saturday 27th or this week in any way please let Hannah know! I have a list from Jodie of some jobs that would be so, so helpful and range from an electronic waste run to cooking a hot meal to helping on moving day!!!

2. It is the Wattle Festival in Hurstbridge on Sunday and in the past we have gathered informally at Hurstbridge as we wander around. If you are planning to go, can we encourage you to invite others and post the time in case it worked to sync up with others!

3. Zest/Jess and Paul are hosting a worship afternoon at Whittlesea and have extended the invitation to all of Plentylife.

Looking forward to hearing about the ways we will love, serve, worship and hang out with each other this week!

Kinect are meeting at 1pm this Sunday at Plentiful General Store for a quick coffee before heading over to Blue Lake for a walk. Please contact Katrina for more details on 0419 612 183.

We are looking forward to a terrific service this Sunday at Mernda Central College (via Trevi Drive carpark).

Maddy will lead us from Ephesians 3:1-21, speaking in 'Established in Love'.

It would be wonderful to worship together there and on zoom!

Good evening everyone!

This weekend we will be hosting Matt and Bex Ooi and their family - our CMS link missionaries, at our gathering at Mernda Central College.

We will be sharing a relaxed morning around tables, with some intergenerational activities, good coffee, and morning tea!

The diocese has strongly encouraged the wearing of masks indoors so we will be serving coffee before the gathering from 9:45am.

We will then share in morning tea after the gathering.

There will be some scones provided, but if you would like to bring something to share for morning tea you would be very welcome.

Come and share in a fantastic morning!
