HELLO BELOVED
Stop and ask yourself this, without excuses:
Does the time and obsession you give to things that rot match the eternity you claim to care about?
You can spend 10 hours a day grinding for a career, a body, a bank account, a name people will forget 20 years after you’re gone. You’ll plan, sacrifice sleep, cut people off, stress yourself sick - all for things that moth and rust destroy, things you cannot take with you.
But when it comes to Christ - the One who holds your breath, your future, your eternity - suddenly there’s “no time.”
No time to pray.
No time to open the Word.
No time to deal with the sin you know is killing you.
No time to serve, to give, to love the people right in front of you.
You’re investing everything into shadows, and starving the only relationship that determines where you spend forever.
How much are you actually investing in Christ, who is Life?
Not religious activity. Not how long you’ve been in church.
But real, daily, costly investment: your attention, your obedience, your desires, your time.
Because on the day you stand before Him, He won’t ask about your job title, your followers, or your bank balance.
He’ll ask: What did you do with Me?
And if your answer is “I meant to, but I was busy,” the weight of that regret will crush you.
You don’t get this life back.
You don’t get to redo your investment portfolio when you see Him.
What you sow now, you’ll reap then.
So decide today: are you living for what dies, or for the One who lives forever?
