City of Love & Restoration, Sunday Service.

On Sunday, 6 September 2026, City of Love & Restoration - Full Gospel Church, under the leadership of Bishop. TL Mashiloane, held its Sunday worship service.

Our Pastor preached from the book of Isaiah 60:19–20, with the central message that the Lord will be our everlasting light.

The Bishop reiterated that the sun will no longer be our light by day, because the Lord Himself will be our everlasting light. He unpacked this message by encouraging the congregation that our light will never set again, our light will remain forever and our light will never go down again.

He further encouraged the saints that their season of mourning, pain and sorrow is coming to an end and that they will rejoice forever. He reminded the congregation of the words found in Psalm 30:5, which teaches that weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.

The Bishop encouraged the saints to remain in the Lord and continue walking in His light. He emphasized the importance of studying and meditating on the Word of God, reminding the congregation that the Word brings light and gives direction to those who receive it. He referred to Psalm 119:130, which teaches that the entrance of His Word gives light.

We were blessed by the visit of Bishop Mmutle , who travelled all the way from Parys to fellowship with us.

The message was a powerful encouragement to the congregation to remain faithful to God and look forward to the everlasting light and joy that comes from the Lord.

On behalf of City of Love and Restoration - Full Gospel Church, we wish to congratulate our beloved Minister Pinky Juliet Khabele on graduating today with a Diploma in Pastoral Ministry and Leadership.

As one who faithfully serves as a Sunday School teacher and diligently carries out any ministry assignment given to her from time to time, this achievement is a true reflection of your dedication and commitment to the work of the Lord.

We celebrate you today. This Diploma is not just a qualification, but a mark of your sacrifice and desire to sharpen your calling.

We thank God for your life and we pray that the Lord will use what you have learned to advance His Kingdom and to be a greater blessing to our children and to the Body of Christ.

We are proud of you and we declare that this is only the beginning of greater things to come.

As it is written in Daniel 2:21, He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding. May God continue to increase you in wisdom and grace.
