WORD BUFFET | SPEAKER 2 🌸

Our second speaker took us into Jeremiah 8:20–21, reminding us that it is not enough to simply carry the name of God our lives, character, and conduct must be aligned with the One we represent.

We were challenged to ask ourselves: Does the way I live reflect the name I carry? Our character should testify to the God we profess to know.

We were also reminded that God desires to heal us, but we cannot remain far from the ointment which is the Holy Spirit, who brings healing, restoration, and comfort.

Sometimes, healing begins when we stop running from the pain and invite God into the very places that hurt. We don't have to carry it alone. We can bring our wounds, disappointments, and broken places before Him and allow the Holy Spirit to minister to us.

✨ Carry His name. Reflect His character. Draw near to His Spirit. Invite Him into your pain and let Him heal you.

What a powerful word as we wrapped up Women’s Month with our Word Buffet! 🌸

📖 Acts 16:16–30

Our first speaker took us deeper into The Power of Worship, reminding us that worship is not determined by our circumstances. Paul and Silas worshipped God even in a difficult season, showing us that true worship comes from a heart that knows God is always worthy!

Worship shifts our focus, strengthens our faith, and reminds us of who God is. When we choose to worship in every season, we declare that our trust is in God not in our circumstances.

Wounded, But Still in His Hands 🌸

Luke 10:30, 33–34 reminded us of the reality of wounds that are not always visible. Some women carry wounds from life, relationships, disappointments, rejection, and painful experiences. Yet, in the midst of our brokenness, God sees us, He cares for us, and He is drawing us back to Himself. ❤️

Through this message, we were reminded that God is calling wounded women to be still and know that He is God. Psalm 46:10

Being still is not giving up. It is surrendering the pain, the questions, and the things we cannot fix into the hands of the One who can restore us. In His presence, we find healing, strength, peace, and the assurance that our wounds do not disqualify us from His purpose.

This Women’s Month, we declare: You may be wounded, but you are not forgotten. God sees you, God cares for you, and God is still writing your story.
