Lowveld Vineyard Church The Lowveld Vineyard Church is a Christian fellowship in Nelspruit. Our focus is on assisting new believers to become whole and spiritually mature.

Ministry Methodology and Philosophy
As God directs, we participate with Him in our strategy of “evangelism through relationships“. These worshipers will actively serve their communities, as an expression of the Kingdom of God. Our Values
The development of our New Testament church is based on the following values and by God’s grace and mercy we:
Practice prayer and worship as a lifestyle

scripture as our primary authority for truth and guidance
Evangelise and disciple as God instructs
Cherish relationship building as the key principle of ministry
Pursue partnerships with the Church universal
Strive to be in unity and are accountable to each other
Endeavour to achieve excellence in all work practices
Foster a culture of restorative counselling
Actively participate in community development

SPIRIT LIVING

Romans 8:13-14 NKJV
[13] For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. [14] For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.

Dear Beloved,

There is absolutely nothing good in the flesh! What is the flesh? It's the old fallen and carnal nature of mankind! God wants absolutely nothing to do with the flesh. It can not come into His holy presence.

The first thing that happens at salvation is that God kills the flesh and resurrects the Spirit in us, creating a NEW PERSON WITH A NEW NATURE!. If we are truly saved, we will start living a life that has the ability to put to death the flesh and to live by the Spirit. Only when our lives are being predominantly led by the Spirit, and we are in constant battle against the flesh, putting to death its works, can God call us SON AND DAUGHTER.

God’s Detours Are Not Mistakes

“In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.”
Proverbs 16:9 (NIV)

Sometimes we know where we believe God is taking us, but the road He chooses looks nothing like the one we expected.

We make plans. We imagine the timeline. We picture how things should unfold. Then suddenly, God seems to take us in a completely different direction. What feels like a detour to us is not a mistake to God.

Joseph probably never imagined that the pit, slavery and prison would be part of the journey toward the purpose God had shown him. Yet God was working through every unexpected turn.

A detour doesn’t mean God has forgotten you. Sometimes He is preparing you, protecting you, positioning you, or developing something in you that you will need for what lies ahead.

We may not understand the road, but we can trust the One who sees the whole journey.

God does not need us to understand every turn. He simply asks us to trust Him with the road.

Jesus Christ...The Same Forever

In a world of constant change—shifting cultures, uncertain futures, and fragile relationships—this verse anchors our souls.

👉🏼Yesterday, He was the eternal Son who stepped into history, lived among us, died for our sins, and rose victorious.
👉🏼Today, He is the living Lord who intercedes for us, strengthens us in weakness, and walks with us through every trial.
👉🏼Forever, He remains unchanging—faithful, holy, and true.

Our circumstances shift like sand, emotions rise and fall, people disappoint... Yet Jesus does not. His love does not fade, His power does not diminish, His promises do not fail.

The same grace that saved the thief on the cross is available to you this morning. The same compassion that touched the l***r still reaches for the brokenhearted. The same authority that calmed the storm still speaks peace over anxious hearts.

When everything around you feels unstable, rest in the One who never changes. Fix your eyes on Him, trust His character, cling to His Word.

He is the solid rock beneath your feet—yesterday’s Redeemer, today’s Companion, and forever’s King.❤

09 September ‘26 by Hennie Austin.
Grace and peace to you from Abba, our Father and Jesus Christ.

You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love. (Galatians 5:13 NIV)

What a pleasing thought that we are all free in Christ. In truth, Christ did not set us free so that we could simply live for ourselves. He gave us the freedom to become the people God created us to be—free from the chains of sin, fear, guilt and selfishness.

True freedom does come with a choice. Freedom is not indulging in ourselves, but to serve one another in love. Because we are free, we can choose to love. We can choose to serve. We can choose to put the needs of others before our own. Freedom in Christ is therefore not about sitting back and asking, “What can I get?” It is about rolling up our sleeves and asking, “How can I help?”

When we serve someone who needs a helping hand, encourage someone who is discouraged, or simply make ourselves available to others, we demonstrate the love of Christ.

Be wise - be safe in Christ.

"When these things ( end- time events) begin to take place, STAND UP AND LIFT UP YOUR HEADS because your redemption is drawing near." Luke 21:28 (own emphasis)

Jesus predicted a very dark, gloomy and sorrowful end- time, in which people would experience a sense of hopelessness and anxiety - a time of great tribulation, persecution, natural disasters, earthquakes in various places, wars and rumors of wars....

BUT Jesus assured His disciples - and He assures us - that this should not be a time of worry and anxiety but a time of great joy!

When we see all these things happening we must STAND UP AND LIFT UP OUR HEADS, because our redemption is near and the coming of our, long awaited Messiah, is near...rather than being terrified, we should confidently await Jesus's return....

We can look forward, with anticipation, to His righteous rule and the peace, complete restoration and justice He will bring to His people.

Be wise - be safe in Christ.

The Kingdom of God is at hand

A tale of two tables. Proverbs 9;1-18
The invitations are out to the feasting tables. One table is hosted by “Lady Wisdom.” The other by “Lady Folly.”
This is the age old choice, we see it in Genesis 3, the choice between the 2 trees.
Lady Wisdom offers; For by me (wisdom) your days will be multiplied, and years will be added to your life.
Lady Folly offers; Stolen water is sweet, and bread eaten in secret is pleasant (no one will know). But her table is set in a graveyard.

There’s a third table. Jesus the Wisdom of God, told this parable of a banqueting table and the invites have been sent out.
Luk 14:16-24: But He (Jesus) said …“A man once gave a great banquet and invited many. And at the time for the banquet he sent his servant to say to those who had been invited, ‘Come, for everything is now ready.’ But they all alike began to make excuses… (read the rest)

Today there’s a choice, whose banquet will you attend?

God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did; Romans 4:17b. God has only 2 pictures of you on His fridge 😊 – who you now are in Christ and who you are becoming in Christ. He only has a present-future view of you because, in Christ, He killed the old you, buried him/her and raised you a New Creation in Christ. This is His reference point of your life . He sees you and deals with you, IN CHRIST. God does not remember our former lives not because He has a bad memory but because He values the blood of Jesus more than all our past failures. God gives life to the dead – we were dead in our sins but now we are alive in Christ Jesus. He calls what we are not yet as though we were it already. Why? Because He is confident of the Seed of our new birth and the power of His Holy Spirit to transform us.

FRUIT OF TRUE REPENTANCE

Luke 19:7-10 NKJV
[7] But when they saw it, they all complained, saying, “He has gone to be a guest with a man who is a sinner.” [8] Then Zacchaeus stood and said to the Lord, “Look, Lord, I give half of my goods to the poor; and if I have taken anything from anyone by false accusation, I restore fourfold.” [9] And Jesus said to him, “Today salvation has come to this house, because he also is a son of Abraham; [10] for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”

Dear Beloved,

Jesus was always found with the most unlikely characters. People who knew they were sinners and felt unworthy of God's approval. Yet, they were drawn to Him and curious because He was completely different from the self righteous religious leaders of the day! They saw something real and authentic in Jesus, a pure holiness. As they encountered Him, they sincerely repented, and He forgave them. This was the very reason He came. They would then so often turn around 180⁰ from their old lives to follow Him.

They knew they had come to salvation and almost always immediately started bearing fruit that proves it. Zacchaeus immediately paid back four times what he had unrighteously taken from people! That is true salvation!
