Umthandazo wase Hlane. The word of God was taken from the book of Mark 1:35 which tells us about the Priority of Solitude.

Jesus made time to be alone with God.The WM President encouraged us to prioritize our own “wilderness” (ehlane) moments by setting aside time to seek God’s presence through prayer and reflection. Before we can effectively serve and pour into others, we must first be filled by God.Prayer strengthens and equips us so that we can minister and face life’s challenges from a place of spiritual fullness rather than emptiness.
Time with God should not be an afterthought. We should intentionally schedule and prioritize our time with God

Prayer Points
* Praying for our Circuit.
* Praying for the Methodist Church of Southern Africa (MCSA).
* Praying for safety on the roads during the upcoming school holidays.
* Praying for all our personal affairs, families, and individual needs.

Our CCS outreach was truly fruitful. The Women’s Manyano embarked on an outreach mission to support less fortunate learners from Mntimande School.

This outreach demonstrated the Women’s Manyano’s commitment to nurturing the spiritual lives of learners and educators, fostering a strong sense of community, and actively engaging in service to others. The positive response received from the school community affirmed the importance of such initiatives and reinforced our mission of serving others through faith in action.

The Women’s Manyano will be visiting Mntimande Primary School for a time of prayer and outreach, focusing on nurturing a safe, supportive, and thriving learning environment for learners, educators, and support staff.

Through prayer, encouragement, and community presence, we seek to uplift and protect those who shape and inspire the next generation.

As it is uLwesine loMama, the Newcastle Circuit Women’s Manyano proudly recognises and supports in the fight against Gender-Based Violence.

Today we stand together in black as a symbol of resistance, resilience, mourning for lives lost, and hope for a safer society for women and children. We refuse to be silent while violence continues to destroy families and communities.

“Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves.” – Proverbs 31:8

May we continue to be women of prayer, action, compassion, service and justice. Together, let us build a generation rooted in love, dignity, Ubuntu, and protection for all.

Love was shared, hands were extended, and hearts were touched!

What a beautiful day of fellowship, service, and compassion during our CCS Elderly Home Visit. Every act of kindness reminded us that love is best expressed through action. This day was about showing love and care, restoring dignity, and sharing God’s love in action.

Inspired by Luke 2:52, we continue growing in wisdom, favour, and service.

Because ministry doesn’t stop at church doors; it reaches communities!

Sometimes the greatest ministry is found in simple acts of love.

A clean space, a caring heart, and a willing spirit can remind someone they are valued and remembered. Because ministry is not only preached….. it is lived through caring hands, shared smiles, and acts of kindness.

Join us as we extend warmth, dignity, and service through CCS Elderly Home Cleaning.

A day filled with love, purpose, and God’s presence

Our CCS Orphanage Visit at Sandangothando Care Centre was truly meaningful. Rev. Thokozani Mthembu shared from Luke 2:52, encouraging growth in wisdom, stature, and favour with God and man.

The Women’s Manyano blessed the home with donations as a gesture of love and support. Thank you to every hand that gave and every heart that served.

“Little acts of kindness can make the biggest difference.”
