A Blessed Practice (Wazifa) for the Night of ‘Arafah..................

Method of Recitation:

• Perform wuḍū and stand facing the Qiblah.
• Recite the following one hundred (100) times:
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَهُ؛ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيءٍ قَدِيْرٌ؛
‘Lā ilāha illallāhu waḥdahū lā sharīka lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-ḥamdu wa huwa ‘alā kulli shay’in qadīr.’

• Then recite Sūrah Ikhlāṣ one hundred (100) times.
بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
قُلْ هُوَ اللّٰهُ اَحَدٌۚ (1) اَللّٰهُ الصَّمَدُۚ (2) لَمْ یَلِدْ ﳔ وَ لَمْ یُوْلَدْۙ (3) وَ لَمْ یَكُنْ لَّهٗ كُفُوًا اَحَدٌ۠ (4)

• Then recite this Durood one hundred (100) times:

اَللَّهُمَّ، صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيْمَ وَآلِ اِبْرَاهِيْمَ؛ إِنَّكَ حَمِيْدٌ مَجِيْدٌ، وَعَلَيْنَا مَعَهُمْ،

‘Allāhumma ṣalli ‘alā Muḥammadin wa āli Muḥammadin kamā ṣallaita ‘alā Ibrāhīma wa āli Ibrāhīm, innaka ḥamīdum majīd, wa ‘alainā ma‘ahum.’....................
