16 June 2026 - With grateful hearts, we extend our sincere thanks to everyone who attended and supported the Concert & Fundraising Event hosted by the Knysna Archdeaconry in the Diocese of George today.

COR, Sedgefield, together with St. James, St. Michaels, St. Monicas, St. Pauls, St. Peters and St. Chads, under the gracious hospitality of St. Mary's Church - Plettenberg Bay, we celebrated not only a wonderful day of music, fellowship and generosity. This years celebrations also marks the 150th anniversary of the founding of the Mothers' Union organisation, which honours the legacy of its founder Mary Sumner. The Mothers' Union, a worldwide Anglican women's organisation.

Thank you to every performer, volunteer, organiser, donor and supporter who contributed to the success of this special occasion. Your dedication and joyful spirit reminded us of the Mothers' Union vision of faith in action, reaching out in love and service to families and communities.

May we continue to be inspired by Mary Sumner's example, working together to strengthen family life through prayer, love and compassionate service.
