Belief Again - New Wineskin

9th June 2026 - Daily Devotional

Mark 9:24 NKJV
"Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!"

There are moments in life when disappointment, delays, unanswered prayers, and difficult circumstances can cause our faith to grow weak. Even sincere believers can find themselves struggling to believe God for what once seemed certain.

The father in this scripture was honest before Jesus. He believed, but he also recognized areas of unbelief in his heart. Instead of condemning him, Jesus responded with compassion and power.

Church, it is time to believe again. Believe that God is still able. Believe that His promises remain true. Believe that your prayers are not in vain. Believe that what God spoke concerning your life, family, ministry, finances, and future will surely come to pass.

Do not allow past disappointments to determine your expectations for tomorrow. The same God who performed miracles in the Bible is the same God at work today. He has not changed.

If your faith feels weak, bring it to Jesus. Ask Him to strengthen your heart and renew your confidence in His Word. God can do much with a heart that is willing to believe again.

Prayer:
Father, I choose to believe again. Remove every doubt, fear, and discouragement from my heart. Strengthen my faith and help my unbelief. I trust Your promises and declare that You are faithful to fulfill every word You have spoken over my life. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

73 Days of God's Faithfulness

On 22 March 2026, the doors of Christ Victorious Ministries opened.

We took a leap of faith, led by God. We knew He was on our side and were determined to follow His call and instructions. As God often does, He reveals the direction before He reveals the destination.

Today, 73 days later, we have seen nothing but the goodness and faithfulness of God. We have witnessed growth in numbers, spiritual maturity, transformed lives, and a deeper hunger for His presence.

Yet above all these things, the burden for souls remains strongest.

In our community of Lakeside, Orange Farm, the harvest is truly plentiful, but the labourers are few. Therefore, in partnership with the Holy Spirit, we are stepping into this great harvest, taking the Gospel to the streets, homes, and hearts of our people.

Many have asked, "How can we help with what God is doing?"

At this moment, we are trusting God for a keyboard to assist with our Open-Air Meetings, Outreach Programmes, and Sunday Services.

If God places it on your heart to partner with us, we would greatly appreciate your support. Together, we can reach more souls and advance the Kingdom of God.

Let us join hands and start harvesting.

"The harvest truly is plentiful, but the labourers are few." – Matthew 9:37

Pray – New Wineskin
2 June 2026 – Morning Devotional

Philippians 4:6 (TPT)
"Don’t be pulled in different directions or worried about a thing. Be saturated in prayer throughout each day, offering your faith-filled requests before God with overflowing gratitude. Tell Him every detail of your life."

Many of us go through life's challenges as though there is no God who loves us and cares deeply for us.

We become weighed down by the issues of life to the extent that we feel like giving up. Bazalwane, giving up is not an option.

I do not want to underestimate the pain that comes with challenges. They are hard and difficult—I know this personally.

However, God, through His Word, encourages us to do something about it: tell Him every detail of our lives.

We do this through prayer. The burden remains yours until the moment you pray about it. Once you have prayed it through, hand it over to God and allow Him to handle it.

Pray because God is ready to help you. The Bible calls Him the Mighty Terrible One, the One who fights for His people and never abandons them.

Whatever you are facing today, do not carry it alone. Take it to God in prayer. He cares for you, He hears you, and He is able to do what no man can do.

Prayer:
Father, thank You that I do not have to carry my burdens alone. Today I bring every concern, every challenge, and every unanswered question before You. I trust You to work on my behalf and to strengthen me as I wait on You. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

FAITHFULNESS TO PRAYER – NEW WINESKIN

30 May 2026 – Morning Devotional

Colossians 4:2 (TPT)
"Be faithful to pray as intercessors who are fully alert and giving thanks to God."

Prayer is not merely a gift; it is a discipline. In fact, it is often hard work.

The Apostle Paul writes to the believers in Colossae and encourages them to remain faithful in prayer. This challenge sounds much like the commitment required in a relationship—be faithful to your partner called Prayer.

Prayer is the God-ordained platform through which we communicate with Him and make our requests known. It is an invitation into fellowship with our Heavenly Father.

Our faithfulness to prayer is rooted in the confidence that God desires to answer us. He is a loving Father who listens attentively to the cries of His children. Yet He has chosen prayer as the channel through which many of His purposes are released in our lives.

Therefore, regardless of the cost, the inconvenience, or the challenges that come with maintaining a prayer life, remain FAITHFUL.

Be faithful in seeking Him because He is faithful in hearing and answering prayer.

Prayer:
Father, strengthen my commitment to prayer. Help me remain faithful in seeking You daily, knowing that You are faithful to hear and answer according to Your perfect will. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Grace to Endure – New Wineskin
28 May 2026 – Morning Devotional

2 Corinthians 4:8-9

There is a grace available to endure and remain steadfast. Christianity is not only about material blessings such as cars, houses, jobs, or marriages. There is nothing wrong with having and enjoying these blessings, but our faith cannot be built only around a “soft life.”

If our understanding of God is limited to comfort and prosperity alone, we may become discouraged when challenges arise. We must remember that although the enemy is already defeated, he still seeks to afflict and discourage believers. As Paul said to the Corinthians, “we are hard pressed on every side” — in our families, our health, our finances, and many other areas of life.

Yet even in the midst of these pressures, there is grace available to sustain us. This is the working of the new wineskin — glory to God. Though the process may be painful, the new wine God is producing within you is far greater than the trials you face today.

Verse 17 in The Passion Translation says:
“We view our slight, short-lived troubles in the light of eternity. We see our difficulties as the substance that produces for us an eternal, weighty glory far beyond all comparison.”

Be encouraged and remain strong. After this season of affliction, something greater is coming.

GOD SEEKERS – NEW WINESKIN
27 May 2026 – Morning Devotional

Psalm 27:8 (NKJV)
"When You said, ‘Seek My face,’ my heart said to You, ‘Your face, Lord, I will seek.’"

As we engage in our weekly Prayer and Fasting today, let your heart be fully involved in the pursuit of God. Let this not become a mere routine or religious exercise, even though we do it consistently each week.

True prayer and fasting begin in the heart. When your heart is engaged, the Word of God and prayer become a delight rather than a duty.

Never forget that the measure of God's influence in our families, workplaces, communities, and church is often determined by the room we make for Him in our lives.

As we continue reflecting on Sunday's message, "YOU BELONG," take time today to seek the Lord and ask:

"Lord, what is my assignment in Christ Victorious Ministries? Why have You planted me in this ministry? Help me to faithfully fulfil the purpose You have entrusted to me, so that Your will may be accomplished through my life."

May your pursuit of God today bring greater clarity, purpose, and spiritual growth.

Glory to God! Have a blessed, fruitful, and victorious day.

Today's message was simply: "YOU BELONG – Your Place in the Local Church."

There were no hidden mysteries unveiled, no Hebrew or Greek lessons taught. Just a simple yet powerful truth: you belong.

In a world where many feel disconnected and out of place, God has ordained the local church as a family where we can grow, serve, and thrive together.

The fact that you are here today is not a coincidence. It is a reminder that God has a place for you, a purpose for you, and a people to walk with you.

Never underestimate the significance of being planted where God has called you.

You are here because you belong.
