Become Fluent in the Spirit
Think about learning a language you do not speak fluently.

You have to concentrate, put the words together, and work to understand what is being said.

When you pray in the Spirit, you are fluent in the language spoken in heaven.

Jude 1:20 says that praying in the Spirit edifies you and builds you up. 🙏

A Heavenly Language

One of the greatest gifts we have received from the Father through the Holy Spirit is the ability to speak in a heavenly language.

If you are a believer, this gift has been given to you.

The language of the Spirit is described as a heavenly language, connected with the way communication takes place in heaven.

God has given us this gift without measure. 🙏

When the Holy Spirit Filled Them

Acts 2 describes the day of Pentecost.

The believers were together when suddenly a sound like a mighty rushing wind came from heaven and filled the entire house.

They were all filled with the Holy Spirit, the gift of the Father, and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Speaking in tongues began as an expression of the Holy Spirit's filling and His supernatural work. 🔥

The Holy Spirit Reveals Who You Are

The Holy Spirit convinces you that you are a son or daughter of God.

Your sinful past has been dealt with through Jesus on the cross. You have been washed by the blood of the Lamb.

The Holy Spirit speaks to your identity in Christ.

You are holy.
You are righteous.
You are washed.
You are perfect in His sight. 🙏

A Prayer Language From the Holy Spirit

Speaking in tongues is a gift of the Holy Spirit.

When we pray in tongues, we are praying in a language given by the Holy Spirit. This allows us to speak to God beyond the limits of our natural understanding.

There is a place in prayer where the Spirit helps us express what is within us and directs our communication toward God. 🙏

Speaking in tongues is a spiritual gift given by the Holy Spirit.

God has given you His Spirit without measure. 🔥

Speaking in tongues is a biblical gift connected with praying in the Spirit, building yourself up in faith, and learning to yield to the Holy Spirit.

Your mind may ask questions when you pray in a language you do not understand. Scripture gives us permission to pray with our spirit and with our understanding.

There is a gift from the Father waiting to be explored.

Ask for a Clue
You can go on mini adventures with God in the middle of an ordinary day.

When you spend time with Him in the morning, ask:
“Holy Spirit, will You give me an inclination? Will You give me an idea about what’s going to happen today?”

Ask for insight.
Ask who you will meet.
Ask God to show you something.
Then stay attentive to the opportunities He places before you. 🙏

Take the Small Step

The Holy Spirit wants to go on adventures with you.

That adventure may not look like selling everything and moving somewhere far away.

For most of us, it can begin with small steps.

A conversation.
An act of faith.
A prompting from the Holy Spirit.

We were made for adventure.

The question is: What adventure has the Holy Spirit planned for you? 🙏

A Spirit of Adventure

The Holy Spirit wants to lead us on adventures.

Christianity is full of life, movement, and purpose.

We can gather teachings and fill our minds with information, yet God gives us that knowledge so we can go on adventures with Him.

The Holy Spirit leads us beyond simply hearing and gathering. He invites us to live what we have learned and experience life with Him. 🙏
