Thank you to everyone who joined us for a wonderful time of fellowship, laughter, encouragement, and of course, some delicious quiche. It was a joy to see different generations connecting and building meaningful relationships within our church family.

On Sunday we take a brief break from our series in Mark's Gospel to consider Hezekiah - The Revival King! A young man who courageously broke a negative family cycle of rebellion and idolatry and laid the groundwork for a powerful spiritual renewal in the land of Judah.

We are so excited by the response to our Maker Fun Factory Holiday Club! Registrations have been coming in quickly, and we can't wait to welcome all the children for an incredible week of fun, creativity, games, crafts, worship, and Bible adventures.

This week we'll be looking at powerful encounters that remind us of the compassion, grace, and power of Christ. We will see how Jesus responds to humble faith, opens hearts to hear Him, and continues to change lives today.

Truly, God is doing some amazing things at GBC! Week by week, we see people meeting Jesus, others growing and maturing in their walk with Him, others discovering the joy and excitement of being used by God. It's an absolute thrill to be a part of the action!

On Sunday we continue with our preaching series in the Gospel of Mark, this time in Ch.7 looking at, 'Matters of the Heart'. It promises to be a challenging, life-giving teaching, that you don't want to miss.

I'm excited to introduce you to this wonderful book written by a friend and member of our GBC family, Peter Mey. Henrietta Lane will be a great blessing to individuals, families, small groups, etc. It's a treasure trove of powerful spiritual truth, interwoven with Peter's personal faith journey.
The book will be available after the services this coming Sunday at GBC for just R150 a copy.
I can highly recommend it!
