For the first time East London will be hosting an End-Time Handmaidens and Servants Convention which will include a morning with special focus on Israel.
The conference, entitled Open Heaven, will be attended by the president of ETH&S, Sharon Buss and her husband, vice-president, Philip Buss, who took office in 2013 after the death of founder, Gwen Shaw. ETH&S is a missionary organisation to the nations.
They have ministered all over the world but the nation foremost on their hearts is Israel, where Sharon has been leading tour groups for over 30 years. The ministry has a house in Jerusalem called “The House of Peace”.

They will be leading a team of nine powerful international speakers including Dr Mark Bristow and Rona Spiropolous who will be at the three day convention in Gonubie from August 15 to 17.
They are also joined by anointed musicians Claren and Nancy McQueen.
Based in Engeltal, Arkansas ETH&S founder, Sister Gwen, as she was known, travelled the world visiting 115 nations in her lifetime. She wrote more than 50 books and composed many worship songs. She was still travelling in her 80s.

The convention will take place at Fatherheart Church on the corner of Gullsway and Lewerick streets. Meetings start on Saturday August 15 at 9.30. There will also be a meeting at 6pm. Sunday times are 9am and 6pm and Monday 9.30 and 7pm. There is no registration and the conference is free but a love offering will be taken.
The team then fly to Cape Town for Encounter meetings and a second convention.
The Encounter I am Yahweh the King of Glory will be at Beit Salem, 1 Repensstreet, Paradyskloof, Stellenbosch. The programme is as follows: Wednesday evening, August 19 at 7pm, Thursday morning 9.30 to 12.30 and Friday 9.30-12.30. For more information contact: Betsie de Hart 072 183 8995
The convention, Restoring Ancient Landmarks, is at Shammah Church, Woodmill Centre, Stellenbosch from August 20 to 23.
On the 20th and 21st there will be meetings starting at 7pm with two meetings on Saturday, August 22 at 9.30am and 7pm and Sunday morning at 9.30am. For more information contact 021 883 3933.
