Scripture: Acts 2: 1-2
Message: The Mighty Rushing Wind_Engaging and Experiencing God’s Visitation
The mighty rushing wind is God’s visitation,
God visiting man and God honouring His promises over man.
Acts 2:1-5
God gives promises but there are few takers.
Don't allow delay to take you away from the promises of God, just wait.
There are some waiting’s that can lead to reproach.
There’s a protocol for waiting.
The person who promised doesn’t live around time zone, so even if His promise takes years, that doesn’t affect Him but it affects you.
If there is a generational curse, there is also a generational blessing; for every negative thing in your life, there is a positive side to it.
THREE IMPLICATIONS OF THE SPIRITUAL
1.Divine visitation.
-The moment where the heaven visits the earth.
-This means that there are seasons that men walk with the promise of God and there are seasons where men see the fulfilment of the promise of God.
2.The end of human limitation.
-The human strength ends and the Divine strength takes over.
-Luke 1 & Acts 1:8
3.Divine reversal.
-If you can reverse divine judgement, then you can destroy demonic judgement.
In Genesis 11 God scattered the gathering
In Act 2 God restored the gathering.
THE MIGHTY RUSHING WIND REMINDS US THAT
1.God can visit unexpectedly, so stay prepared.
2.Dry season can end suddenly, keep the faith.
