Wychwood Baptist Church

Wychwood Baptist Church Being discipled and making disciples of Jesus Christ for the glory of God We affirm that God intends that every human being glorify Him and enjoy Him forever.

Thus, we believe that the worship of God is both primary and enjoyable. Here, there is no distinction between life and ministry as every aspect of a believer's life is ministry for God and must be a God honouring and God exalting experience. By the work of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God, God shapes and grows our character in order that we represent Him in the world and influence the lives of

others for Him. We are committed to this as a body of believers, for God, in mercy, has reached out to us also and saved us by faith in the death of Jesus Christ, God's only Son, for our sin and has given to us His sinless righteousness through no merit of our own. We are a multi-cultural, all age church. We are a member of the Baptist Union of South Africa and a member of our area association of Baptists (the Baptist Northern Association) for the building of God's Kingdom.
