 ‘Anger is the enemy of logic.’ How true is this statement?

a) Cain killed his brother Abel out of anger, illustrating the destructive nature of unchecked anger (Genesis 4:5-8).
b) King Saul: His jealousy and anger towards David led to his downfall (1 Samuel 18:8-9).
 Unchecked or unmanaged anger has the potential to lead to significant moral and rational failures.
 Which experiences do you have in this regard, that is, cases where you acted irrationally or impulsively when angry? If these were to happen again, how would you react?
