❤️ SOLEMNITY OF THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS ❤️

The Church celebrates the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus this Friday, 12 June, a feast that reminds us of Christ’s infinite love and mercy. His Heart, pierced for our salvation, is a powerful symbol of compassion, forgiveness and hope for all who turn to Him.

We invite you to join us for:
🙏 Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament: 16:30 to 17:25
🙏 Prayers to the Sacred Heart of Jesus during Exposition
✝️ Holy Mass:17:30

Come and spend time in prayer before the Lord as we honour the Sacred Heart of Jesus and entrust our lives, families and parish community to His loving care 🙏

On this the Solemnity of Corpus Christi, we invite young men considering the vocation to follow him through sacred orders to step forward, raise their hands, and say “here I am Lord.”

As the Solemnity reminds us, an encounter with Christ is transformative… may we each be formed by our experience of the Eucharist (body and blood, soul and divinity) into agents of Jesus’ message throughout the earth.

Today we celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi).

At the 10am Mass our parish community joined in a beautiful procession, publicly witnessing our faith in the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist. As we walked together in prayer and song, we were reminded that Christ continues to journey with His people, nourishing us and calling us to be His presence in the world.

“Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them.” John 6:56

May the Eucharist continue to strengthen and unite us as one family in Christ.
