It is with sorrow that we announce the passing of our Dearest Errol John Louis Catelle, who has been a member of our Parish for over 40 years. Errol will always be remembered for his warm smile, delightful greetings and chats. We pray for his soul to rest in Eternal peace and God's comfort to his family. The Requiem mass will take place Monday, 27th July 2026. Viewing 9.30am to 10am. Mass 10am to 11am. Refreshments in the hall thereafter.

Happy Feast Day of St Joseph, the Worker to our all our brothers and sisters of St Joseph Mt Edgecombe.

We were truly blessed to have Father Jude Fernando as the main celebrant at Holy Mass. Visiting us from America, Father Jude is a Sri Lankan priest who previously served in South Africa for 19 years. His presence among us today is a special gift and a reminder of his deep connection to our community.
In his homily, he invited us to focus on the word ‘Recognition.’ Just as the disciples on the road to Emmaus recognized Jesus in the breaking of the bread, we too are called to recognize that His presence is always with us.
