Meet Peet & Bianca (Elders). Our passion is Jesus and seeing the next generation discover who He is. From Children’s Ministry to Youth and Young Adults, we have the privilege of walking alongside young people as they grow in faith and purpose.

We don’t do this alone. We are blessed with an incredible team who faithfully serves, loves, leads, and invests in the lives of young people. Together, we are building a community where the next generation can encounter Jesus.

Today’s message challenged us with a powerful truth: We don’t simply go to church—we are the Church.

As followers of Jesus, our purpose is not just to attend a gathering, but to reveal Christ wherever we go. Through our words, actions, and lives, we are called to make Jesus known to the world around us.

Thank you, William, for reminding us that being the Church is a daily calling, not just a Sunday activity.

Today we gathered around Jesus — seeking Him, worshipping Him, and growing deeper in our relationship with Him.
Church is more than a meeting; it’s a people learning to know God intimately and live from His presence every day. As we fix our eyes on Him, heaven shapes how we live on earth.
Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for drawing us closer to You.

We are so encouraged by the growing excitement around our Afrikaans gatherings and look forward to seeing God continue to move as we make more space for people to connect, belong, and grow together.

Henfred and Elrine have a deep love for Jesus and are passionate about discipling others and helping people discover a genuine, life-giving relationship with Christ. Their desire is to see their community—and the whole of Cradock—come to a full understanding of Christ and the true meaning of salvation.
They believe that building family and community around the nature and person of Jesus creates an environment where people can encounter Him in a real, authentic, and transformative way.
Together, they serve on our Elders Team and lead Overflow Ministry. Henfred serves as the Finance Chairman of Cultivation Church, while Elrine leads the Edify Women’s Ministry and the Intercession Team.
Their shared passion is to see God’s Kingdom advance throughout Cradock and the surrounding communities, with lives transformed by the love, truth, and power of Jesus Christ.

Are you committed to Jesus, or truly devoted to Him?

In this message, we explore the vital difference between commitment and devotion, and why many believers can remain active in church while drifting from the presence of God. Through the lives of Saul, David, Jonathan, Paul, and ultimately Jesus Christ, we discover that commitment can be driven by duty, but devotion is driven by love.

This sermon challenges us to move beyond contractual Christianity and into wholehearted surrender, intimacy, and love for God. Commitment may keep us busy for God, but devotion keeps us close to Him.

Key Question:
Commitment asks, “What must I do?”
Devotion asks, “How close can I get to Him?”
