Morning
*Acts 4:31, “And when they had prayed the place was shaken where they were assembled together”*
This week we are focusing on the importance of prayer.
As powerful as God is, He cannot answer prayers until they’re prayed.
How many right now feel the same way as I do that I have relaxed, you have relaxed as Family and we have relaxed as a Church it's high time we regain our position and up our game in terms of prayer.

We are waiting for answers for prayer we have in our hearts and minds but have never actually ushered them to God.

Prayer is the only way to get God’s power released into your life.

If we don't pray how is the power going to manifest in our lives?

Hebrews 11:5-6 KJV - .
6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

In this verse they 3 Questions you must ask yourself before you start receiving rewards from him.
1.Do you have Faith
2.When you go or Approach God do you believe they is or he God
3. You must Diligently (Careful and Persistent about )seek him

After all these have been implemented then you must wait patiently for rewards. Remove Drive Thru mentality of God.Dont just expect to order and receive at end of Drive thru you need to wait for the right time and only God's Time

1 Thessalonians 4:11-12 NLT - Make it your goal to live a quiet life, minding your own business and working with your hands, just as we instructed you before. 12 Then people who are not believers will respect the way you live, and you will not need to depend on others.

No further explanation required if u want to know one reason why people including family and children why they dont respect you read verse above again.

Deuteronomy 30:19 KJV - 19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:

Life is full of choices what do u do when you are presented to choose between Death and Life Then the same person presenting you with choice advises you to choose life so that you and your descendants will be blessed.

Proverbs 3:3-4 NIV - Let love and faithfulness never leave you;
bind them around your neck,
write them on the tablet of your heart.
4 Then you will win favor and a good name
in the sight of God and man

Love and Faithfulness must be part of you as if you are slave to them and wherever love pulls you towards you just follow and wherever Faithfulness leads you follow that is way we only we can win Favour in sight of God and Man.
Please note in as much as relationship with God is 100% you need favour from Man as well.

Sometimes in life your enemies or family sells you for slavery ( bewitch) sending u far away thinking they are getting rid of little do they know they are actually getting you a free ride to your destined destination,not every problem or situation that comes to destroy you must be have a renewed mind & understanding to turn adversity into opportunity.Now think what you going through right now &ask yourself how can benefit out or how does this situation push me closer to Destiny.

2 Kings 2:19-22 NIV
19The people of the city said to Elisha, “Look, our lord, this town is well situated, as you can see, but the water is bad & the land is unproductive.”
20“Bring me a new bowl,” he said, “& put salt in it.” So they brought it to him.
21Then he went out to the spring & threw the salt into it, saying, “This is what the LORD says: ‘I have healed this water. Never again will it cause death or make the land unproductive.’ ” 22And the water has remained pure to this day, according to the word Elisha had spoken.
Lesson: Success in one area does not cancel resistance in another.
Application: Celebrate your flourishing areas as evidence of God’s favour, but don't ignore stubborn ones.

Jeremiah 29:11 NIV - For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
It is always good to build your life and everything according to plan & building any structure not according to the plan or from an approved plan results in penalties or even demolition of the structure you are building.
God knows the plans he has for us which means he is the one who designed how our lives are going, as builders of our destiny let's make it habit of referring to plan and consulting with planner to avoid building illegal, insecure, unapproved... etc life God knows what type of structure(Life) best for us , knows how much foundation is needed and materials we just have to consult with Him.When authorities comes to destroy your structure do no be angry with the planner because after all you did not consult with Planner and also not according to plan it was all you.
God will never give you a plan when he knows you don't have the capacity to build from it one of the reasons we are failing in life is because we are planning without him and want to consult him when our plans are trembling and failing.

Matthew 6:33 NIV - But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
If only we knew how to follow simple instructions that will change our lives for good because I have come to realise that most people are busy chasing things of the world first i.e better job, salary,school , house, living etc before they seeking God and when we fail then we seek him and his righteousness when everything else failed not only does it waste half of our lifetime but it also delays us in what we should have achieved longtime ago without much effort involved.
