Friendship Divine Service

The saving effect of the sacraments

This morning, District Rector H. Barnes served the congregation. The Bible word which served as basis for the Divine service was taken from 1 John 5:8 "And there are three that bear witness on earth: the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree as one."

Priest N. Jones was called upon to serve. We visibly receive salvation in Christ by receiving the sacraments.

The choir beautifully concluded the divine service with the hymn "Almighty God, how wondrous"
