𝐒𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐄 [𝟑𝟎/𝟎𝟖/𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔] - 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧

Matthew 16:13-19 ; Esther 8:3-8

𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞: 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐀 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐟 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭

The Word of God declares that, “When Jesus came into the region of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples, saying, ‘Who do men say that I, the Son of Man, am?’ So they said, ‘Some say John the Baptist, some Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.’ He said to them, ‘But who do you say that I am?’”

In other words, as Jesus asked His disciples who they said He was, He was trying to find out who had a revelation of Him; similarly, who do you say Jesus Christ is to you in your life?

Jesus Christ came so that we may have life and have it abundantly, and because of the revelation Peter received of who Jesus Christ was, Jesus revealed Peter’s identity and purpose.

Revelation is uncovering what was hidden. It is when you see beyond the physical eye, when you can judge beyond the general senses of man.

Introspect, do you have a revelation of Jesus Christ?

Jesus went to His hometown, but because they lacked a revelation of who He was, He performed no miracles. It was not because Jesus Christ was incapable, but it was because they lacked revelation.

When the Shunammite woman received a revelation that Elisha was a man of God, she built a room for him. Her honour and hospitality towards the man of God opened the way for Elisha to speak a word over her, and she was blessed with a son, just as he had declared.

Being obedient to the things of God requires one to have a revelation. Someone being obedient to something, and succeeding in something, is because they have a revelation. Sometimes it is not because we do not love God, but it is because we lack revelation.

God is going to restore us today, that we will see again, hear again, and have revelation again, so that the season of harvest may not pass us.

Wherever you have revelation, whatever area you have revelation of in your life, know there is grace. The prodigal son who complained that he had been with the father all this while but had obtained nothing was because he lacked revelation.

When you have revelation, you can bind a thing, and it will be bound. Someone who walks with wisdom has revelation.

𝐇𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭, “𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝, 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐲𝐞𝐬.” 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐝’𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬. 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐨 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞.

𝐒𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐄 [𝟐𝟑/𝟎𝟖/𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔] - 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧

𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞: 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮

Matthew 4:18–21; Genesis 12:1–3; John 4:38; Luke 2:52; Hosea 4:6; Matthew 6:33; 1 Kings 18:14

Jesus Christ declared that, " Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.”

There is a difference between becoming a fisher of men and God making you into a fisher of men.

When you become a fisher of men, you attain the position, but when God makes you into a fisher of men, you attain the character, ability, and wisdom.

Anyone can become a leader or teacher, attain the title or position, but not everyone can be made into a leader or teacher, attaining the character, wisdom, ethics, and morals required for the title and position.

God doesn't want to give you the title, but He wants to make you the person who has the capacity to carry the title and position.

God's calling is not merely about what you will do, but also who you must become, who He must make you into before you step into the calling itself. David was anointed as king, but David did not become king or attain the position immediately. God had to make him, allowing him to encounter certain things before he could become king and attain the title.

There is a saying that God qualifies the unqualified, which is true, but the question is: Are you allowing Him to qualify you? God will not place you in a position you don't have the capacity to handle. You can have the job, promotion, and finances, but do you have the character, patience, and wisdom to sustain it? Because it's easy to get something, but the issue is sustaining it.

There is a difference between God giving you an opportunity and God preparing you to carry the opportunity. Sometimes the delay is actually qualification.

God's focus is not on how quickly we can get there, but rather, who do we need to become to carry this? Because a blessing received prematurely can become a burden or curse. Power received prematurely can be one's downfall.

The Word of God says we shall harvest where we never planted; in other words, we shall receive favour. Favour can give access, but wisdom teaches you what to do with the access. Favour can bring the opportunity, but wisdom, maturity, and allowing God to make you gives you the capacity to steward the opportunity.

It is possible to receive something you did not labour for and still lose it, to rise with ease but fall again because of lacking the wisdom and character required to maintain that state.

The Word of God says the first shall be the last and the last shall be the first. Many times, we focus on the transition of the first being last instead of asking how the first maintains the state of being first. The miracle is not only in becoming first; the miracle is in having the wisdom, humility, and character to remain first.

Because getting there and being able to remain there are two different things.

God says, “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all else will be added unto you.” The focus is not on the things to be attained, but on you seeking God, because as we behold Him, we become like Him. He deals with our character, deals with the pride, jealousy, impatience, He makes us.

The focus is not on the external, what we can attain, but the focus is on us, then all these other things will be added.

Child of God, the harvest, breakthrough is ready, present, but the question is: Are you ready? Change starts within you before it can manifest externally.

𝐒𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐄 [𝟏𝟔/𝟎𝟖/𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔] - 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧

John 3:16; Ephesians 2:8–9 ; Matthew 10:1 vv 8-9; 1 Corinthians 15:9-10 ; Exodus 20:17

𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞: 𝐌𝐲 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞.

Sometimes we associate salvation with certain churches, but salvation stems from GOD’s love: that GOD so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him will have eternal life.

Salvation is when you have believed, and then GOD’s grace encompasses you.

Salvation has nothing to do with our works that we might boast about them and think it is by our own might; for CHRIST died that we may receive salvation. We need only to believe. It is a gift, free to all who believe.

It is only once you have received salvation that living righteously takes place, because you are then a new creation.

GOD is not against any form of prophetic revelation that has been received. The issue is when we start putting a price on the anointing of GOD. You cannot put a price tag on what does not belong to you, what belongs to GOD. Hence, JESUS declared that freely you have received, therefore freely give.

The problem areas that we sometimes encounter as children of GOD, which end up leading us to placing a price on the anointing of GOD, are as follows:

𝟏. 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐎𝐃 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐆𝐎𝐃, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐫:
We think everything comes without effort. GOD can qualify the unqualified, but that does not exempt us from doing the work.

Paul was anointed by GOD, but he laboured; for you to reap the rewards, you must labour, Child of GOD. But our mistake is that we do not want to labour; we look for the easy way.

Many have been deceived into thinking that anointing oil fixes everything instead of focusing on the Word of GOD. It is not wrong to use anointing oil, but it must not become the central focus of everything instead of GOD’s Word and intimacy with GOD.

𝟐. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐎𝐃:
Running to various altars and bringing them into the house of GOD. Many are after the things of GOD but do not want GOD Himself. We end up in danger because we want the easy way, the quick way to attain GOD’s things, but not Him. Whatever you do that is in contrast with the Word of GOD implies that you have lost the fear of GOD.

𝟑. 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝:
You can be called, and your calling can be genuine, but it does not imply that it will be the same as someone else’s calling or anointing. We like to envy others and envy what they have without knowing what they did to get that which they have. The root of all evil is the love of money; hence, GOD’s Word declares, “You should not envy what belongs to your neighbour.” Child of GOD, focus on what GOD has given you.

𝟒. 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐠𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲:
There are plenty of mentors, but in the eyes of GOD, they do not matter because they lack integrity. We need mentors who do what is right even when no one is watching them, because many mentors act holy in front of the church but live in disobedience to GOD and sinfully in their private lives. They lack integrity.

Child of GOD, we need to be children of GOD who believe in the undiluted power of GOD, the undiluted salvation of GOD, and the undiluted Gospel of GOD that is led by the Holy Spirit and no other spirits. The undiluted Gospel of Christ comes with power, a power that does not need to be diluted.

𝐒𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 [ 𝟎𝟐/𝟎𝟖/𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔] - 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧

𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞: 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐈𝐬 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧

We are reminded through the story of the widow of Zarephath in 1 Kings 17:8–16 that a season of famine does not mean GOD has abandoned us.

The widow was at the point of making her last meal. She had only a handful of flour and a little oil, and she had already concluded that her situation was coming to an end.

But GOD had another word.

Elijah told her, “Do not fear.” Her circumstances were saying, “This is the end,” but the Word of GOD was saying, “There is still tomorrow.”

Sometimes GOD doesn't immediately remove the famine. Sometimes He teaches us how to trust Him while we are still in it.

The flour did not suddenly become abundant. It simply did not run out.

The oil did not overflow throughout her house. It simply kept flowing.

Every day became another encounter with the faithfulness of GOD.

And this taught us something powerful:

Don't allow a temporary season to write a permanent conclusion over your life.

The famine was real, but it had an expiration date.

Because eventually Elijah declared:

“There is the sound of abundance of rain.” —
1 Kings 18:41

THE RAIN IS COMING.

Your current season is not your final season. Keep trusting. Keep obeying. Keep expecting. And when the rain finally comes, don't forget the GOD who kept the oil flowing while you were waiting.

The famine has an expiration date.

The rain is coming.

And GOD will remain faithful until it does.
