When life feels uncertain…

Just do the next right thing.

Daniel gives us a vibrant example of what that looks like. If you find yourself in the middle of a confusing time Psalm 37 is a really good place to park for awhile.

Here are a just a few passages that can really begin shake our perspective:

“Don’t worry about the wicked or envy those who do wrong…Trust in the LORD and do good. Then you will live safely in the land and prosper.…The LORD directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the LORD holds them by the hand.”

We won’t always be able to fully grasp what’s going on in our lives - that’s impossible sometimes. But we can trust the One who does and take the next step he puts in front of us.

You will never be good enough.

And honestly? That’s the point.

Jesus says, “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 5:3

“Poor in spirit” means recognizing that we don’t have what it takes to fix our own spiritual condition. We can’t work harder, be better, or somehow become “good enough” for God.

And when we finally stop trying to measure up, we can start to see what Jesus has done for us.

He lived the perfect life we couldn’t live.
He took the punishment we deserved.
He died in our place.

The gospel isn’t try harder and maybe you’ll be enough.

It’s Jesus did what you never could.

If you’ve never really thought about that, slow down and sit with it.

And if you’ve been following Jesus for years but find yourself slipping back into trying to earn His love, take a minute to remember:

It’s not about how well you’re doing.

It’s about what He has already done—and what He is still doing in you.

You don’t have to measure up.
You get to come to Jesus.

And that changes everything.

Sundays at Citywalk!

Coming together to pray, learn, worship, and simply be together. There’s something so good for the soul about this weekly rhythm of gathering.

And this Sunday, we celebrated baptisms at both locations! 🙌

Hearing people share their stories—how Jesus met them right where they were with His love, grace, and kindness—never gets old.

We’re grateful for every story, every life changed, and every person taking their next step with Jesus.

Sundays are better together.

This past Sunday’s Worship Night…

Such a powerful peace that comes from setting our eyes on Him—pausing to be still with the One who parted the Red Sea, shut the mouths of lions, and conquered death.

Pausing to remember He’s the One who knows our name and walks beside us as we head into a doctor’s waiting room, a hectic week, or a hard conversation.

We worshiped together, prayed together, and then gathered around the tables as families to share food, laughter, and life together.
