Foster Grandparent volunteer Rubye Ogburn has been honored at both the state and county level for her incredible dedication to students and our community. “Grandma Rubye” received Michigan Community Action’s Volunteer of the Year Award during a statewide event in Lansing and was also recognized by the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners with an official resolution on June 3.
