Embraced by God is proud to once again be partnering with The North American Salesian Network to present "The 4th Annual Fr. John Graden, OSFS Memorial Lecture".

This year's presentation will premiere this Wednesday, 12/17/25, at 7pm (EST). We're very proud to feature this year's speaker, Fr. Steve DeMaio, SDB, presenting his lecture titled "LIVE JESUS! The Beauty and Discernment with St. Francis de Sales".

As always this lecture is presented in the memory of Embraced by God's former director and an original founder of NASN, Fr. John Graden, O.S.F.S.

Good morning all and happy holidays,

I’m posting today to announce that “The 3rd Annual Father John Graden, OSFS Memorial Lecture” will be premiering on December 12th, 2024 at 8pm EST. This online lecture is presented by Embraced by God in partnership with NASN. As many of you are aware, Father Graden was the longtime former director of Embraced by God and one of the original founders of NASN. This lecture is held in his honor with the intentions of highlighting his numerous contributions to the Salesian community and carrying on his remarkable legacy.

This year’s speaker will be Dr. Andrew Michel, Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Director of Medical Student Spiritual Formation and Wholeness at Thomas F. Frist, Jr., College of Medicine, Belmont University. Dr. Michel will be presenting on the topic of “Abandoned to Grace: Abiding Momently with Jesus in the Way of Saint Francis de Sales”.
