Amazon River Mission Trip Recap:
We recently had a team along the Amazon River visiting different villages partnering with local churches and pastors there in the community.
They provided dental hygiene, hosted kids activities, spent time with local families building relationships, and served alongside local pastors.
Praise God for our brothers and sisters in Christ worldwide and how there are people faithful to proclaim His name to every tribe, tongue, and nation.

In a world full of confusion, Jesus doesn't point us toward the light, He IS the Light!

This week, in John 8:12-30, we are reminded of 3 truths:
☀️ Light comes by following Jesus.
☀️ Light reveals the truth.
☀️ Jesus is the path to life.

Jesus came from heaven, revealed Himself as God, and promised that one day every person will know exactly who He is. The question is will we follow Him today and walk in the Light?

Uganda Mission Trip Recap:
The Coastal missions team’s time in Uganda was marked by deep connection, meaningful ministry, and a growing hunger for God’s Word. Partnering closely with local churches, we had the privilege of equipping leaders and members through inductive Bible teaching, helping them not just hear Scripture, but truly engage with it, understand it, and apply it in their daily lives.
What began as a small group quickly grew as word spread throughout the community about the teaching. More and more people came each day, eager to learn, participate, and be strengthened in their faith. It was powerful to witness the local church being encouraged and built up, and to see the excitement and sense of ownership that developed as they studied God’s Word together.

Welcome our 2026 Summer Interns!

You may have already seen them running around and serving! We're excited to have this incredible crew serving with us this summer.
To help you get to know them, here are a few fun facts:

Alyssa is serving with WAVE Camps and once dove face-first into a jellyfish and then burned her nostrils with vinegar.

Brooks is serving with GROW Small Groups and is a co-owner of a professional football team.

Hezekiah is serving with Family Ministries and is a massive collector of Legos, action figures, comics, and more.

Isabel is serving with worship and can parallel park like a champ.

John is serving with Social Media and can rotate his foot 180 degrees.

Laura is serving with Coastal Kids and once dressed up as Luna Lovegood for picture day.

Molly is serving with Biblical Counseling and hiked an active volcano and roasted marshmallows over lava rocks at the summit in Antigua, Guatemala.

Nathan Frye is serving as a Pastoral intern and can juggle and ride a unicycle.

Nathan Horn is serving with Coastal Students and can play the bagpipes.

Nicolas is serving with Coastal Students and cut a watermelon for the first time today.

In John 7:53–8:11, the religious leaders brought a woman caught in adultery before Jesus, expecting condemnation. Instead, Jesus exposed the reality that every person stands in need of God's grace. As her accusers walked away, Jesus offered both mercy and truth: “Neither do I condemn you; go, and from now on sin no more.”

This passage reminds us that our response to sin should never be one of self-righteous judgment or indifference. We are called to examine our own hearts, extend the same grace we have received, and lovingly point others toward repentance and restoration in Christ.
