This past Saturday, some Capernaum students and leaders were able to participate in a Cooking Class hosted by Mercy Chefs in Portsmouth, VA. We were BLOWN away by how Mercy Chefs created an unforgettable experience for our Capernaum students and leaders!

Students enjoyed a hot breakfast together and then headed into the kitchen where they were able to cook their own quesadilla, decorate their own cupcake tray, and make their own fruit smoothie! Afterwards, our Capernaum group was able to decorate their own pots and plant an herb in the pot to take home!

We love opportunities to hang out together and it makes it even better when we get to partner with another non-profit like Mercy Chefs for an AMAZING experience!

We had a BLAST at our Capernaum BIRTHDAY PARTY club! It was filled with laughter, joy, dance parties, conga lines, balloon drops, streamers, and more!

We are so thankful to get to celebrate each person who comes to YL Capernaum Club! What a gift to have fun, celebrate, and talk about how Jesus knows us, sees us, and invites us to live FULL life with Him!

Some of our friends and leaders from our Capernaum Club were able to go on an overnight trip to Great Wolf Lodge earlier this month! We laughed, we screamed down water slides, and we enjoyed just being together!

A HUGE thank you to Youth Service Club sponsoring the trip and helping many of our friends with disabilities experience a weekend that they will never forget!
