The Psalms show that we can turn to the Lord with complete sincerity. He listens to our joys, our doubts, our tears, and also our gratitude.

📖 This week, take some time to study the Psalms and discover how their words can strengthen your trust in God, remind you of His mercy, and help you find peace, even amidst life’s challenges.

It's nearly time for the Cody Wyoming Temple Open House!

On the outside of the temple, you may notice the phrase “Holiness to the Lord The House of the Lord,”. This reminds us that, as we enter the temple, we are literally entering the Lord’s house, and we can feel His spirit here.

Throughout the temple, you will see artwork depicting Jesus Christ and God’s beautiful creations. Please join us for a free tour to view these images that represent God’s love for you and all of His children.

Job lost much of what mattered to him. He grieved and struggled to understand why these things were happening. Yet in the middle of his uncertainty, he held on to what he knew: “Yet will I trust in him” (Job 13:15), for he knows that our Redeemer liveth.

We may have questions too. We may not understand why a prayer seems unanswered or why a difficult season lasts longer than we hoped. Job reminds us that we can have questions and still have faith.

What truth about Jesus Christ helps you hold on when life feels uncertain? Share it in the comments.

What if the “coincidences” in your life weren’t coincidences at all?

This week, as you study the book of Esther, you will discover how the Lord can prepare the way long before we understand His purpose. Even in the smallest details, His hand may be guiding us, strengthening us, and placing us exactly where He needs us.

Perhaps you too have arrived "for such a time as this”.

When the kingdom of Judah was surrounded by powerful enemies, King Jehoshaphat didn't rely on military strategy alone. He gathered his people, went to the temple, and turned to the Lord in prayer. He humbly acknowledged that they could not overcome the challenge on their own and placed their trust in God.

We may not face armies today, but we face trials that can leave us feeling surrounded, such as family concerns, difficult decisions, financial burdens, health struggles, or uncertainty about the future. Jehoshaphat's example reminds us that our first response should be to turn to the Lord, who can give us direction and the strength to face whatever lies ahead.

Take a moment today to bring your concerns to the Lord in prayer. Learn four steps to prayer here: www.churchofjesuschrist.org/comeuntochrist/believe/god/how-to-pray
