3 DAYS.
Three days until we gather at Brooke Street Park to celebrate recovery and the people who make recovery possible.
Three days until we get to spend an evening surrounded by people who believe in second chances, new beginnings, and the power of community.

You never know what someone is carrying.
You also never know what one good day, one good conversation, one person saying β€œI believe in you,” can mean to someone who is trying to find their way forward.
Recovery is possible.
And sometimes the road ahead feels a lot less intimidating when you know you don't have to walk it alone.
This Recovery Month, we're celebrating every person who has taken that first step β€” and every person who continues to take the next one.
Join us September 10th at Brooke Street Park in Alpharetta.
Come celebrate hope. Come celebrate recovery. Come be part of the community.

Sometimes supporting recovery is as simple as showing up.
Bring a friend. Bring your family. Invite someone who needs to know they aren't alone.
On September 10th, we're coming together in Alpharetta to celebrate the people who are choosing recovery, the families walking alongside them, and the communities making space for second chances.
Recovery happens in communities. And we all have a role in building them.

Sometimes healing begins when we're given a place to be known, understood, and accepted.

For John, connection became an important part of recovery. He found men who accepted him, challenged him, encouraged him, and helped him learn to accept himself along the way.

Through those relationships, accountability, and a growing relationship with God, John found a different way to live.

Today, he's nearly three years sober by the grace of God.

ONE WEEK.
In just seven days, we'll be gathering at Brooke Street Park in Alpharetta to celebrate something worth celebrating β€” recovery.
The people who chose a different path.
The families who never gave up.
The friends who stayed.
The communities that opened their doors.
The people who are still taking it one day at a time.
This is what Recovery Month is about.
And we'd love for you to be there with us.

Recovery is for everyone.

Fulton County is proud to recognize September as Recovery Month, celebrating the millions of people in recovery and reminding our community that prevention works, treatment is effective, and recovery is possible.

This year’s theme, β€œRecovery is for Everyone: Every Person, Every Family, Every Community,” highlights the importance of reducing stigma and supporting individuals and families on their recovery journeys. fultoncountyga.gov/helpishere
