EXCITING NEWS FOR NEW VICTORIA!

New Victoria family, we are excited to announce a new season of ministry for Joseph and McKay!

For the past year and a half, Joseph and McKay have faithfully served our church through Student Ministry, investing in our students, building relationships with families, teaching God’s Word, and helping point the next generation toward Jesus.

Now, they are transitioning into a brand-new role at New Victoria as Joseph begins serving as our Connect Pastor, focusing specifically on our young adults ages 18–25!

This new ministry will focus on one of the most important transitional seasons in a young person’s life. As young adults graduate high school, begin college or careers, develop relationships, and make important life decisions, we want to make sure they remain connected to Christ, connected to His Church, and connected to one another.

In his new role, Joseph will provide spiritual leadership and oversight for our Young Adults Ministry through biblical teaching, discipleship, fellowship, outreach, and opportunities to serve. He will lead Bible studies and gatherings, build relationships with young adults, encourage them in their walk with Christ, and help equip them to use their gifts to serve others.

Most importantly, this ministry will continue helping New Victoria fulfill our mission to REACH, DISCIPLE, and SEND.

We are incredibly thankful for the way Joseph and McKay have served our students, and we are just as excited to see how God will use them in this next chapter of ministry.

New Victoria family, help us celebrate Joseph and McKay and please pray for them as they begin this new season!

We believe some exciting days are ahead for our young adults, and we can’t wait to see what God does!

WELCOME JOSH & ANNA WITKOSKI!

New Victoria family, we are excited to officially welcome Joshua and Anna Witkoski to our church family as Josh begins serving as our new Student Pastor!

Josh and Anna met in 2019 while serving together at The Wilds Christian Camp in North Carolina and were married in May 2020. From the beginning, serving others has been an important part of their story together.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Josh studied Youth Ministries at Ambassador Baptist College and has a heart for investing in the next generation. He brings a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a genuine desire to help students know Jesus, grow in their faith, and discover how God can use their lives.

And when he isn’t working with students, you may find Josh enjoying technology, solving a problem, cooking or baking—or even putting his balloon artistry skills to work!

Anna was raised right here in Woodstock, Georgia, and graduated from Shorter University in 2020 with a degree in music. She shares Josh’s passion for serving others, and her love for music continues to be an important part of both her life and ministry.

Together, Josh and Anna enjoy traveling, trying new foods, spending time with their dog and cat, and visiting one of their favorite places—Disney World!

We believe God has brought Josh and Anna to New Victoria for a special purpose, and we are incredibly excited about what He has in store for our students, families, and church through their ministry.

New Victoria family, help us give Josh and Anna a BIG welcome!

Please be praying for them as they begin this new chapter of ministry with us. We can’t wait to see how God uses them to love, disciple, encourage, and invest in the next generation!

Get ready for an afternoon of food, fellowship, friendly competition, and FUN! Our Church Picnic at the Lake is a great chance to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and spend time together as a church family.

Canoeing on the lake
Fishing
Swimming
And LOTS of fun and fellowship for everyone!

We’ll provide the BBQ, and we’re asking everyone to bring a favorite side dish and dessert to share. Come hungry, bring the family, grab a lawn chair, and plan to stay awhile!

Good food. Great people. Lake day. Church family. What could be better?
