Holiness begins when we stop fighting every part of the present moment and ask, “God, how can I love You here?”

This does not mean every painful or sinful thing is caused by God. Evil is never His will, but He may permit trials and bring grace from them.

Right now, His will may be patience, forgiveness, courage, prayer, or simply doing the next good thing with love. We often wait for life to become easier before becoming faithful, but saints are formed by saying yes to God in ordinary, difficult moments.

A FRIENDSHIP THAT LEADS US CLOSER TO GOD 🤍

May God bless us with a friendship like that of St. Francis of Assisi and St. Clare of Assisi—a friendship rooted not merely in affection, but in a shared love for Christ.

May we have friends who pray with us, encourage us when we are weary, correct us with love, and remind us of God when we lose sight of Him. May our friendships never pull us away from our faith, but instead inspire us to become better, kinder, and holier.

Like Francis and Clare, may we learn that true friendship does not have to possess or depend on one another. Sometimes, the greatest gift a friend can give is to help us discover God’s purpose for our lives.

May God bless us with friendships that withstand distance, seasons, struggles, and changes—friendships that continually lead us back to Him.

May we be the kind of friend who brings someone closer to Christ. 🙏🤍
