God Says “NO”, But “YES” to Something Better
📖 2 Corinthians 12:1–10

Have you ever prayed desperately for God to change something… only for His answer to be no?

Paul understood.

Three times he pleaded with God to remove his “thorn in the flesh.” But instead of taking the struggle away, God gave Paul something greater:

“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is perfected in weakness.” ❤️

Sometimes God's “no” isn't the absence of His goodness. Sometimes He doesn't remove the hardship because He wants to reveal His grace, strength, and power right in the middle of it.

Join us this Sunday as we look at what happens when God's answer isn't the one we hoped for, and why we can still trust that His grace is enough.

🙏 When He doesn't remove it, He sustains us.
❤️ When we are weak, His strength is revealed.
✝️ When God says “no”, He may be saying “yes” to something greater.

Communion is more than a tradition. It's a sacred opportunity to remember Jesus, examine our hearts, and proclaim what Christ has done for us.

In 1 Corinthians 11, Paul reminds the church that the Lord's Supper should never become something routine or meaningless. When we come to the table, we remember the body that was broken and the blood that was shed for our salvation. ❤️

“Do this in remembrance of me.”

Join us this Sunday as we open God's Word and look deeper at what it truly means to participate in Holy Communion.

We'll discover why we remember, why we examine ourselves, and why coming to the Lord's Table together is such a beautiful picture of the Gospel.

✝️ Remember His sacrifice.
❤️ Examine our hearts.
🍞 Come to His table.
🙌 Proclaim His death until He comes.

🎶 Pine Street Baptist Church is Seeking a Part-Time Worship Leader! 🎶

Pine Street Baptist Church in Winnsboro, Texas, is currently seeking a Part-Time Worship Leader to join our ministry team.

This position will be responsible for:

- Leading worship during Sunday morning services
- Directing our Adult Choir on Wednesday evenings

We are prayerfully looking for someone with a heart for worship, a love for serving the Lord, and a desire to help lead our church family through music.
