Erieside Family,

It has been the longstanding policy of Erieside Church to follow the Willoughby/Eastlake Schools schedule. Willoughby/Eastlake Schools are closed today due to excessive heat, and therefore, with an abundance of caution and in concern for those families/children/youth who may walk to our evening services, we too will be canceling all of this evening’s ministries, including AWANA, youth, and Adult Bible Study. These ministries will begin again next Wednesday at their regularly scheduled time and we look forward to seeing you all there.

We also want to remind you that our facilities are well-air conditioned and if you need a place to cool down or for your children to play in the air conditioning, our building and gymnasium will be open from 10am to 2pm to serve your family’s needs. Just call our office at 440-943-0151 to let us know you’re coming.

Have a great day! Stay cool. We will see you next Wednesday for the launch of our AWANA program and our Foundation of the Family adult Bible Study.

AWANA signups are now open for the 2026-2027 school year, and we'd love your family to join us every Wednesday night from 6:30-8:00 PM, from 9/2/26 - 4/30/27! AWANA provides midweek Bible ministry for Children ages Preschool-6th Grade. You can sign up by clicking this link.

Note: As our AWANA ministry grows, so does our need for Adult Leaders to guide the children in knowing God & His Word. If you're available on Wednesday nights, we have a need for an additional teacher/helper in our Cubbies (Preschool-PreK), Sparks (K-2nd), & T&T (3rd-6th) classrooms.
