Breeding season has a way of keeping us on our toes around here. We hung a marking harness on Forest, our young Valais Blacknose ram, and sent him off to do what rams do best. A few days later we spotted it: red marks on a couple of our ewes' backs. That's the whole mystery solved. Good job, little man.
