Thank you to everyone who has already donated clothing and shoes for More Grace Outreach! We have one more collection opportunity coming up this Sunday, May 31. If you still have gently used clothing or shoes of any size to donate, you can bring them with you to church before the 9:00 or 11:00 AM service. Children’s clothing is especially needed.

We also really need help with our final sorting day on Wednesday, June 3 from 1:00–3:00 PM. Volunteers will help sort and organize the donations so they can be shared with individuals and families in need through More Grace Outreach. Even if you can only come for part of the time, your help would make a big difference. Refreshments will be provided, and any amount of time you can give is appreciated.

Over the years, religion has been critiqued by many who believe it is a poison to our world. Surprisingly, as we begin looking at Matthew 23, Jesus agrees with those same critics. Where God originally desired to have a relationship with us, people created religion and it became something else altogether. Come this Sunday to hear Jesus speak about how religion corrupts and how He wants His disciples to be different.
