Summer Bible Study - Worship 101 for Heel-Grabbers
He lied, he stole, he doubted God, he lied some more. Yet God worked relentlessly in Jacob's life to show him that his worth rested solely in God's promises. So too with us, who frequently behave as Jacob did! Join us for growth in God's Word at 19-minute Bible studies this summer as we reflect on the elements of Lutheran liturgical worship using stories from the life of Jacob (Genesis 25-35). We'll learn that worship for heel-grabbers like Jacob (and us) can only be true worship when God is the one ascribing worth to us. Summer Sunday Bible Study continues this week and is for all ages!
Soccer Bible Camp 2026 | Our VBS Soccer Bible camp will be held on July 6-9th from 9am-11:30am. If you know of anyone who would have children interested in attending, please spread the word! Participants can register at our church website. Personal invite cards are available at the church entryway.
Bird Watching | If you would like to get out of the house this Saturday the 13th join a group of Redeemer bird watchers as they follow the trail from Rib Mtn to Sunnyvale Park. Starts 8:30am sign up at Info Ctr.
WELS Grief Share | An area WELS Grief Share “pilot group” is starting Tuesday, July 7 at 6pm. It will be held here at Redeemer on Tuesdays through September 29 and will include participants from area WELS congregations. Sign up at the Info Center if you would like to join. The group is limited to 15 people so sign up today!
Dime and Dollar Thrift Store - Wausau| Redeemer supplies volunteer workers for every second Saturday of the month. Please consider volunteering for a morning (10am-1pm) or afternoon (1pm-4pm) shift. Our next shift is Saturday June 13th Thank you to all who have volunteered in the past. A sign up is available in the entryway. Dime and Dollar’s mission is to support Northland Lutheran High School.
WELS Night At American Family Field – St. Peter is planning to charter a Lamers motorcoach to watch the Brewers on Friday, August 7, against the Minnesota Twins. The bus will leave the Schofield Campus at 1:00pm. The price for bus and a ticket will likely be around $60-80 per person. Call St. Peter, 715.359.2829, by Friday, June 26, to secure your spot.
