Many Christians in the Western church understand the first two shifts:
🔹 Sin isn’t the deepest problem—identity is.
🔹 Christianity isn’t about performance—we live by grace through faith.
But that may only mean you’re about halfway through the journey. You’ve left the driveway, but there are still a few interesting turns ahead. 🛣️
Many people who embrace grace still hold tightly to ideas rooted in the old framework—like believing you are under a curse if you don’t tithe. Grace may be driving, but Moses is still in the passenger seat giving directions. 😄
It’s usually points three, four, and five where the theological brakes begin to squeal:
🔹 Victorious eschatology.
🔹 The restoration of all things.
🔹 Understanding that Jesus—not the Bible—is the Word.
If one of those made you raise an eyebrow, that’s okay. 🤨 We’re all on a journey, and nobody transforms by pretending they don’t have questions.
But every one of these truths leads us to the same glorious reality:
🔥 You are in Christ.
“In that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you.” —John 14:20 NASB
