So pleased to enter a new chapter of this ministry that was planted at CUMC, so it may grow in service to our community.

🌟New Fund Alert! 🌟

We're excited to announce the Landing Well Fund, a new partnership through the Wet Mountain Valley Community Foundation that helps local seniors age in place with grace.

Created in collaboration with the Custer County Consortium on Aging, this fund supports community efforts that keep older adults connected, cared for, and active right here in the valley. Partners include the Central Colorado Area Agency on Aging, Custer County Public Health, Valley Assisted Living & Home Care, the West Custer County Hospital District, and the WMV Rotary Van Service — just to name a few!

While the fund was too new to be listed in this year's Spirit Campaign brochure, you can still support it by donating at https://wmvcf.org/donations/ or writing "Landing Well Fund" on your Spirit Campaign coupon.
