Guys! Hope is launching Ministry Nights THIS Tuesday (9/9)!

If you've always wanted to join in on the Men of Hope Wed AM action, but 6:15am is a little too early for you (we get it), join us for Tuesday nights instead!

A free-will offering meal starts at 5:45pm and then we'll breakout for a large group teaching by Pastor Chris Kimpston.

Friday, May 9th, from 5:30-7:30pm, team up with your kids to give Mom a night off and make a special gift just for her.

Chili Cook-Off & Darts Tournament is back, guys! Enter YOUR chili (yes, yours, it's probably pretty great), or just be ready to eat some. Either way, it's going to be a fun time.
🌶Cost is only $7, but fee is waived if you're submitting your chili
🌶Prizes will be awarded for:
-Best in Beef
-Best in Non-Beef
-People's Choice

Come join us for Parenting Night! Next Friday, January 17th, 5:30-8pm. Pastor Jeremy Johnson will give a keynote on helping kids cultivate their own identities amidst the frenetic pace of modern activities, followed by breakouts from Hope leaders on various parenting subjects including:
o Keeping Your Relationship Strong While Parenting
o How to Answer Your Kids’ Big Questions
o Raising Healthy Kids
o Kids Are Expensive
o Preparing Your Kids (and Yourself) For College
Cost is only $10 and a meal is provided for adults and pizza for kids in grade school.

“Christmas is canceled.”

At least that’s what I joked when 63-mph winds knocked over the 25-foot Christmas tree in front of the building here at our WDM campus last week.

The tree got put back up and everything was fine. I was thinking about the joke I made— of course Christmas doesn’t get canceled because a tree gets knocked over.

That would be silly, right?

But a lot of metaphorical trees fall over this time of year.

Whatever you’re dealing with during this Advent is valid. The pain of loss, conflict, illness, or any other type of struggle is definitely something that should not be discounted.

But please know that nothing that happens to you, or anything you do, can undo what God has done
in this wonderful holiday.

So let’s reset our trees, both real and metaphorical, and celebrate the birth of Jesus together. - Pastor Chris

Well done, Hope Preschool! The Christmas Program was as adorable as ever and we thank all of the staff who love on and support the growth of our kids!...

This has us jazzed for this weekend as the cuteness continues.
🌟 The HopeKids Christmas Performance is this Sunday during the 9:30 and 11:00 am services. HopeKids have been practicing 🎤two Hope original songs😃 and cannot wait to perform them for our church family this weekend!

🌲 Speaking of all things family -- Mark your calendars for our next Parenting Night -- Friday, Jan. 17th at 5:30pm.
