Partnering to bring life from brokenness. Do you believe church can be different?

If you are like us, you long for an expression of church that seeks to live out the Bible in a relaxed, simple and relational way. If you are like us, you long to be a part of a people that are learning together, what it means to follow Jesus for our time & place, to join His mission and to serve in a way that brings about His transformation to a city.

We had SUCH a wonder(land)full time on Friday during the West Reading Trick or Treating! This was the first year that RCC has participated in the event, and we truly did not anticipate how many people would fall down the rabbit hole! Thank you all so so much for visiting us! We can't wait to see you all again next year!

The old way of the Spirit led to pride and/or shame; the new way leads to Humility and Release. You can watch the full sermon on our YouTube channel at Reading City Church, or on our website! https://www.readingcitychurch.com/sermons

The Mad Hatter's tea party brings together an unusual collection of characters. Romans 15 reminds us to welcome one another, just as Christ has welcomed us.

We don't have to be the same to belong together. In a world that divides us by our differences, may we be people who make room, extend grace, and welcome one another in love.

If you are seeing this post, then we are finishing up preparations for our Halloween fun during the West Reading Trunk or Treat! We would love to see you in Wonderland! We're open at 5 and going until 8pm!

There are days when we feel close to God and days when we struggle to find the words to reach for Him.

But God's love is not measured by the strength of our feelings or the certainty of our faith.

We are held by a love that reaches beyond our understanding, meets us in our uncertainty, and does not let go.

Where you are is exactly where God will be doing the deepest work.

No necesitas que todos entiendan tu proceso. Sigue caminando en fe, confiando en que incluso las partes más difíciles de tu historia pueden convertirse en lugares donde la esperanza eche raíces.

You don't need everyone to understand your process. Keep walking in faith, trusting that even the difficult parts of your story can become places where hope takes root.
