Can God trust you with more?

The issue isn't simply how much money we have; it's how much we trust it. If our security, identity, or peace depends on money, we aren't truly free from its love.

In Part 4 of Is Wealth God’s Will?, Dr. Cody teaches on the unloving of money and why God must be able to trust us with what He puts into our hands. Before God can entrust us with more, we have to demonstrate that our dependence is on Him, not on our finances.

Money is a tool, not our source. We can enjoy God's blessings without allowing those blessings to become the thing we live for.

When the love of money no longer controls us, we can begin to see wealth for what God intended it to be; a resource that can be used for Kingdom purposes.

“A lack of watchfulness is an invitation for the thief to steal from us.” - Dr. Chris Cody

Prayer keeps us spiritually awake. When we neglect our prayer lives, we can become unaware of what’s happening around us and leave ourselves vulnerable to the enemy’s tactics.

God doesn’t want us living caught off guard. He wants us watchful, discerning, and prepared. As we seek Him in prayer, He gives us wisdom for what’s ahead and helps us recognize the strategies of the enemy before they take root.
Don’t underestimate the power of a consistent prayer life. There is protection, direction, and preparation found in the presence of God.

There is so much help, peace, and comfort found in the place of prayer.

Every time we turn to God, He meets us there. It takes faith to set the problem aside, cast the care on Him, and allow Him to carry the burdens of this life.

We can live from a place of rest regardless of our circumstances, not because there are no problems, but because we have somewhere to take them.

Choose to dwell in prayer. Choose to dwell in Him. And refuse to dwell in the problem.

Take your cares to God today. He cares for you, and He is faithful to meet you there. 🙏
