BIBLE STUDY BEGINS TUESDAY, SEPT. 8TH! Please join us for a 6 week program, Tuesday nights from Sept. 8 to Oct. 20, (part 1 of 2), series as we dive into chapters 1-10 of John's Gospel and discover how John's Gospel differs from Matthew, Mark and Luke. The cost for the study guide is just $12. PLEASE see attached for more info. Register by Sept. 6 using sign-up sheets in the back of both churches, or contact Ginger Ryback, info is in the attachment on how to do that.

THE NEXT ST BARNABAS FISH FRY IS FRIDAY, SEPT. 12 FROM 4 TO 7 PM at the St Augustine Gym, 2025 S. 67th St., West Allis. There are 2 different options for All You Can Eat Fish with all the sides for $20, or 3 pieces of fish with all you can eat sides for $16. Kids meals for $9 and shrimp only options available also, see attached.

There will be an Appreciation and Formation Day, Saturday, Sept. 12 from 10 am until noon at the Holy Assumption site for all liturgical ministers. This is for lectors, extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion, ushers, greeters, musicians and sacristans and everyone who helps at our masses, see attached. Call Kevin at the office if you did not get your invitation yet.

Also attached here is information for the annual St Barnabas Fall Rummage, please help if you can!

Two of our parishioners, Tom Malzewski and Ernie Muehlenberg will receive a Vatican II Award from Archbishop Jeffery Grob on September 22, please see attached.

Check out all the school supplies YOU all helped our Human Concerns committee collect for our parish school, Mary Queen of Saints Catholic Academy and the West Allis-West Milwaukee public school. THANK YOU!!

Our St Barnabas 2026 Parish Festival had a good weekend! After some rainy weather to start, we were blessed with a beautiful evening Saturday and a sunny Sunday afternoon. The tent was filled for the outdoor mass on Sunday, the music and entertainment were lively, the food was delicious, the raffles, bake sale, games and activities for all ages were all part of the fun! Here are some photos to share about all the fun we had. THANK YOU to Samantha and to all who volunteered and to all who came to the festival!

The St Barnabas Parish Festival is THIS WEEKEND, Friday July 31, Saturday, August 1 and Sunday, August 2 AT THE ST AUGUSTINE SITE, 68TH AND ROGERS IN WEST ALLIS. Join us for food, music, games and an outdoor Bilingual mass Sunday morning at 10:30 am, please see our website and bulletins for more information at https://www.stbarnabascc.org/parish-life . We also need volunteers, IF YOU HAVEN'T SIGNED UP, PLEASE COME TO THE FESTIVAL IF YOU CAN HELP AND ASK AT THE FOOD BOOTH WHERE YOU CAN HELP. Come for the awesome fish fry on Friday, 4-7 pm, and chicken dinner on Sunday, 11 am until they run out.

IN ADDITION TO THE FESTIVAL, IT'S TIME FOR OUR ANNUAL SCHOOL SUPPLIES DRIVE BY THE HUMAN CONCERNS COMMITTEE. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED FLYER TO HELP THE STUDENTS AT OUR MARY QUEEN OF SAINTS SCHOOL AND THE WEST ALLIS-WEST MILWAUKEE SCHOOLS.
