"Just like the other disciplines, worship isn’t meant to be reserved just for Sunday mornings. It’s meant to be incorporated into our whole lives. We should take time to worship God in a variety of ways, wherever we are, throughout the week. Just like we should make space for prayer, for meditation, for confession, for intercession, and for sabbath not just at certain appointed times, but as integrated parts of our daily lives." - Pastor Debbie

"If I had to boil it down, I might say that worship is bringing our authentic selves before God with the intention of recognizing who God is for and with us. We may have a sense of who God is, or we may lack any answers at all–but if we approach God with the hope of connecting and understanding–I think that’s enough for God. " Pastor Debbie shared this in Sunday's sermon on the spiritual discipline of worship. Watch the full sermon on our YouTube.

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month. For LGBTQ+ people, this is real life, not a statistic on a page.

The Trevor Project's research is clear: LGBTQ+ young people are not inherently at higher risk because of who they are. They're placed at higher risk by rejection, stigma, and the absence of affirming spaces. The same research shows the opposite is just as true — where affirmation exists, so does life.

That's the work RMN exists to do. Every congregation that chooses to see LGBTQ+ people as sacred, as fully made in the image of God — every leader who says "you belong here" and means it — is doing holy work.

This month, we're here to remind you that our work does not stop until every church is a church for every child of God. If you'd like to explore what that looks like in your context, visit rmnetwork.org or email us at [email protected].

Resolution Copper threatens to destroy Oak Flat, a sacred site cared for by the Western Apache from time immemorial. Resolution Copper’s current mining plan for Oak Flat relies on access to Arizona state trust land.

This puts Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs in a position to stop it.

If you cherish Oak Flat, Indigenous religious freedom, and the well being of all living things both within and beyond the state -- this is our ask:

PRAY for Governor Hobbs, that she might find strength and courage to say NO to Resolution Copper’s plans to dump a mountain of toxic waste on state trust lands in Dripping Springs Valley at Skunk Camp.

CALL Governor Hobbs @ 602-542- 4331 and ask her to say NO to Resolution Copper’s plans to dump a mountain of toxic waste on state trust lands in Dripping Springs Valley at Skunk Camp.
