St. Paul's & Forest Mills United Methodists St. Paul's is the United Methodist Church located in Waukon, IA. We are part of a "two-point" Charge with Monona UMC which means we share Pastor Kim Gates.

Service time is 10:45 AM. Sunday School classes are held for adults & children in grades 4th & up at 10 AM on Sunday morning and class for 3rd grade children & younger is held during the worship service (fol

lowing the Children's Sermon) The Sunday school year is September to May. "Coffee & snack time" is held from 10:15 to 10:40 AM.

The kids have survived their secular "back-to-school" process and now its time for their church "back-to-school"!

Children’s Sunday School will resume on Sunday, Sept. 13th. At this time there will be a one-room class for all ages thru 5th grade and kids will be in the worship service at 10:45 until after the Children’s Message when they’ll be dismissed to their class. If you have any questions or would like to help in any way please contact Erin Iverson!

Adult Sunday School will be taking a bit of a hiatus but they will resume later this school year.

Its also time to be thinking about the next Confirmation Class! Anyone in 6th grade or older is invited to come to an informational mtg following worship on Sunday, Sept. 27th. Students should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We will have a light lunch and discuss the expectations for the class beginning in January of 2028. Please contact Pastor Kim if you’re interested!!

Before Pastor Kim left on vacation July 26th we had our annual joint "Worship in the Park" service. This year it was in Monona's Gateway Park. Not everybody stayed for the potluck but it was sure good food even if it was nearly 90% humidity!
