Lake County Baptist Church Lake County Baptist Church is a solid, Biblically based, separated fundamental work in Waukegan, IL. We also operate Lake County Baptist School.

Lake County Baptist Church began as a Bible study in the summer of 1974. The three founding families wished to begin a solid, biblically-based, and separated fundamental work here in Waukegan. After founding the church, they established Lake County Baptist School in August of 1974 and purchased the former Bonnie Brook School building. Our church has grown since then and now averages about 150 peop

le on Sunday mornings. We support numerous missionary families in foreign countries and here in the midwest United States.

Make plans to attend the church 4th of July picnic this Saturday at noon! We'll set up outside at the pavilion where Pastor Lowery will grill delicious brats and hot dogs. Bring a side dish or dessert to share as well as any drinks for your family. Church will have water bottles.

In case of rain, we'll move downstairs to the fellowship hall. Bring a friend and come ready for delicious food and fellowship!
