David’s fear wasn’t irrational - it was theological! 🙏 He understood God’s holiness and knew sin separates us from our Creator. But here’s the beautiful part: even in his fear, David ran TO God, not away from Him. That’s true repentance - coming with nothing but a heart that longs to be in God’s presence.

But here’s the real question: Is your happiness tied to whether your day goes as planned, or have you found the unshakeable joy that comes from God’s presence?

That moment when you’re exhausted but your mind won’t shut off... 😴💭 Work stress, relationship tension, financial pressure - sound familiar? We convince ourselves that if we could just fix everything ‘out there,’ we’d finally find peace. But Psalm 4 teaches us something revolutionary about where true rest actually comes from. 🙏
