Saint Peter's DC Welcome to St. Peter's Church on Capitol Hill. St. Peter's Church on Capitol Hill was founded in 1820. Peter's community.

It has been a staple of the Capitol Hill community for generations. We are now joining the Facebook community in an effort to better serve our parish, our neighborhood and our ever expanding "online community". Save the date! The annual parish picnic will be on Saturday, June 27 after the 5 pm Mass.

The picnic will be held in the Holy Family Garden and Parish Hall. The parish will provide hot dogs, brats, regular and plant-based burgers, and drinks. You bring your favorite salad, fruit, or burger toppings (last names A-H), side dish (last names I - N), or dessert (last names O-Z).
