The Heart of Georgia DDM homes will provide a holistic, family-oriented Christian setting that will serve adults with developmental disabilities. This organization will provide the opportunity for these individuals to reach their highest level of independence.

🏀 Adaptive Basketball League – All Abilities 🏀

Our residents had the BEST time tonight playing basketball, learning new drills, and spending time with their friends! ❤️🏀

We love seeing opportunities like this that allow individuals of all abilities to get active, build confidence, have fun, and be part of a team!

Game days are every Thursday in September from 6–7 PM at Second Baptist Church off Moody Road. Come out and cheer on these amazing athletes! 👏🏀❤️

When our van broke down you stepped in without hesitation and allowed us to borrow your van so we could continue serving our special needs adults without missing a beat. Your kindness and generosity were such a blessing to us during a time when we truly needed it.

We are so grateful to be surrounded by a church family that doesn’t just speak about loving and serving others—they live it out. ❤️

💛 A Huge Thank You to Love One Another!

We are incredibly grateful to Love One Another for choosing to give back to our special needs ministry in such a meaningful way!

Their amazing team spent their time and energy building vegetable garden boxes, planting vegetables and flowers, and making much-needed repairs to our deck. 🌱🌸🔨

These projects are so much more than improvements to our home. They create opportunities for our residents to enjoy the outdoors, learn about gardening, grow their own vegetables, and take pride in the place they call home. ❤️

Thank you, Love One Another, for loving and serving our residents so well. Your generosity, hard work, and willingness to give back mean more to us than you know. We are truly blessed to have organizations like yours supporting our special needs community.

Heart of Georgia Developmental Disabilities Ministries, Inc. would like to give a huge THANK YOU to Scott Hambleton and the entire team at Auto Gallery Chevrolet in LaGrange, Georgia! ❤️

Scott helped us with the purchase of our new 2026 Chevrolet Express 15-passenger van, which will provide safe and reliable transportation for the special needs adults we serve.

From start to finish, our experience was absolutely wonderful. Scott was patient, efficient, and went above and beyond to turn what could have been a stressful process into such a positive experience. He even arranged to have our new van delivered to us the very same day!

But what meant the most to us was that Scott took the time to pray with us. 🙏 That moment was a beautiful reminder that God’s hand was in every part of this blessing.

We are incredibly grateful to now have dependable transportation for our residents and cannot thank Scott and his team enough for helping make it possible.

If you’re looking for a vehicle, we highly recommend Scott Hambleton! Thank you, Scott, for taking such wonderful care of Heart of Georgia DDM. ❤️
