Apologetics 12 - Morality & Legalism 🔥

When we hear God say, “Be holy, because I am holy,” let’s think about becoming more like Him, rather than about rules and behavior. 🙌🏽

Biblical holiness is not legalism or outward rule-keeping, but a Spirit-led life that reflects God’s holiness through loving Him wholeheartedly and loving others with gentleness and respect. ♥️

This conversation about salvation in our Apologetics series is really important! Take a moment to reflect on the following thoughts:

Is there an area of your life where you are heading in the opposite direction from what God is asking of you?
Jonah 1:1–3
Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any area where you are resisting, delaying, or avoiding obedience.

Are you living fully surrendered to God, or are you trying to hold onto the “one thing” you don’t want to give Him?
Jonah 2:1–10
What would complete surrender look like in that area this week?

Apologetics pt 10 just dropped & you don’t want to miss it. 🔥

Our testimony is not primarily about how good we have become, it is about how great Christ has been to us. Scripture reminds us that we overcome the enemy “by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony” (Revelation 12:11). ♥️

When we understand that we are made righteous through faith in Christ, not by our own performance (Romans 3:28), we are freed from shame and empowered to boldly share what Jesus has done.

Take some time to write your testimony:

My Need → My Encounter → My Transformation → My Witness
