GREATER FAITH | JUST SPEAK THE WORD! 🙌🏽

Pastor Colby continued our Greater Faith series with "How to Develop Great Faith" (Matthew 8:5–13), challenging us to move beyond simply knowing about Jesus to truly knowing Him and trusting His authority.

Through the story of the Roman centurion, we were reminded that great faith doesn't require impressive prayers, perfect understanding or a life without challenges.

Sometimes, all we need is the confidence to say, "Just speak the word."

Here's a reminder worth holding onto:
"Faith is not the absence of your questions. Faith is learning who you can trust when you don't have the answers."

Pastor Colby challenged us not to settle for simply hoping to hear "Well done" at the end of our lives, but to develop the kind of faith that amazes Jesus while we're still living!

As we continue moving Five Years Forward, may we keep growing in faith, deepening our relationship with Jesus and trusting Him in every season.

REAL Church, let's keep growing in GREATER FAITH! 💚

GREATER FAITH & 6 BAPTISMS! 💚🙌🏽

It was an incredible Sunday at REAL Church! From a powerful morning of worship and the Word to an afternoon celebrating six baptisms, we witnessed beautiful expressions of faith throughout the day!

Our morning service was filled with heartfelt worship as Minister Marciel led us into a special time of reflection and thanksgiving. There was such a beautiful spirit of gratitude as we lifted our hearts and hands to God. 🙏🏽

Pastor Colby continued our Greater Faith series with "How to Develop Strong Faith" (Romans 4:13–22), reminding us that strong faith doesn't develop by accident. It must be intentionally nourished, exercised and strengthened through God's Word, obedience and trust in His promises.

Using Abraham's example, he challenged us to become fully persuaded of God's ability, even when circumstances seem impossible. And he reminded us that the faith needed for our next assignment must be developed.

The challenge for this week? Feed your faith! Spend time in God's Word daily, reflect on what God is doing in your life, and take intentional steps toward spiritual growth. 📖

Then came an afternoon we'll treasure! 💚

SIX REAL DECISIONS! Three adults and three children, publicly declared their faith in Jesus Christ through baptism!

Surrounded by family, friends and our REAL Church family, we gathered at Lighthouse Baptist Church to witness and celebrate these special moments. What a joy to see people of different ages taking this important step in their faith journey!

We're grateful to Lighthouse Baptist Church for welcoming us and helping make this celebration possible.

As we continue our emphasis on Five Years Forward, Sunday was another beautiful reminder of what this journey is all about: loving God, loving people, making disciples and transforming lives for Christ.

We're growing in faith, celebrating changed lives and looking forward to all God has ahead!

Five Years Forward. We're just getting started! 🙌🏽💚

One of the special moments of our Five Years Forward Anniversary Celebration was receiving an Official Citation from Charles County, presented by Commissioner Vice President Ralph Patterson.

The citation recognized REAL Church's fifth anniversary and our contributions to the Waldorf and La Plata communities.

We're grateful for this recognition and for every opportunity God has given us to love people, serve our community and make a difference.

Five years forward—and we're just getting started! 🙌🏽💚

🎉 FIVE YEARS FORWARD! WE'RE JUST GETTING STARTED! 💚

What an incredible celebration of five years of God's faithfulness!

Yesterday, our REAL Church family came together to look back with gratitude, celebrate what God is doing today, and look forward with greater faith for what's next.

Pastor Colby's anniversary message, "We've Seen Too Much to Believe Too Small," couldn't have been more fitting. From Joshua 3, he reminded us that yesterday's testimonies should give us confidence for tomorrow's challenges. Pastor Colby reminded us, "Small yeses build great faith." 🙌🏽

The day was filled with unforgettable moments! We celebrated our journey through our 7-station Five Year Walk and received an Official Citation from Charles County, presented by Commissioner Vice President Ralph Patterson, recognizing our fifth anniversary and contributions to the community.

Our REAL Kidz reminded us that "we're just getting started!" And we couldn't agree more! 💚

One of the most meaningful moments came as we wrote down what we're believing God for in our personal lives and for REAL Church over the next five years, placing those prayers and expectations into our Time Capsule…a reminder that we're not just celebrating what God has done, but believing Him for what He'll do next.

And of course, there was plenty of joy, laughter, cake, sparkling c***r, photos and fellowship as we celebrated together! 🎂🥂

To everyone who has been part of these first five years, THANK YOU! You are part of the story God is writing through REAL Church.

We've seen too much to believe too small. The best is still ahead! 🙌🏽💚
